Call customer service and they were excellent!!! Resolved my problem without any incident! Talk with Michael and explain that, They sent me a solid seat post. When I want was a suspension seat post. And my throttle lock was sticking and didn't work properly. And he immediately will send me both products.👏👏👏 Kudos to customer service!!! 👍👍👍

The videos of people test driving the SnapcycleR1. The assembly was very easy with the video instructions. I am enjoying my SnapcycleR1. I weigh 210 lbs. and the R1 made the steep hills easy to go up.

The Snapcycle R-1 step thru e-bike is awesome! I got this bike 3 weeks ago and have ridden it every day except for 3 rainy days. It has solved my transportation issues getting around my congested city. Its fast ,sturdy, sharp looking and fun. I would have bought one sooner if I knew more about them. A great investment for under $1,500 . 👍 Ernie

Customer service is outstanding! I accidently ordered the wrong bike and when I noticed it, they were right on top of it. They had the bike returned by Fed ex and my new one was in its way. The whole purchase process was a breeze! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase an e bike.

I gave four stars because of the throttle side handlebar grip keeps moving other than that after about 3 1/2 weeks everything else is good
