Snapcycle shipped quickly and the bike was delivered in 4 days. Haven’t unpacked it yet but the packaging looks fine. Only issue I had was when I asked pre-purchase questions. I felt like I was getting “sales speak” rather than straight forward answers. Very insulting. I was however happy when I called after the purchase. Hopefully the bike will perform to acceptably.

The rear rack for the Eagle I received is not the same as the rack pictured on the website. It's lacking about 50% of the support bars on both of the sides. It would have been nice to get what I ordered.

The bikes arrived in about 1 week, although FedEx initially gave us false hopes by predicting the delivery date too early. There were some minor scratches in the finish, one of the derailleur guards was slightly bent as was one of the cargo racks. Both derailleurs required adjustment before all of the gears could be reached. The only real issue was a broken fender on one bike. Snapcycle quickly agreed to send a replacement when inventory is available. We are really happy with the free helmets and panniers from the Halloween special. The bikes came with better tires than expected, but I'm not sure the batteries are Samsung. They don't indicate a brand and they aren't UL listed. We are very impressed with the performance, beefiness, and finish of the bikes, but we haven't had much time to use them.
