I received my R1 yesterday. Delivery time was as promised and there were no glitches. The very sturdy box was in good shape and hopefully there wouldn't be any hidden damage so assembly was next. Never having done this before, I followed the video from the website and two hours later I was cruising down the street. More than satisfied with my purchase!

Not happy!! On site it said $100.00 automatically off when you buy 2 bikes And 20% off Now 25% off.. Both bikes had a lot of scratches when revived. Almost looks like bikes were used they were dirty.

Because they said it was from size is 5’2 to 6’2 totally not true. I’m 5’7” an with the seat as far as it will go down- I’m still on my tip toes> false advertising! Lets say 5’9” maybe

They were fast with processing my order and delivery. The bike was very well packed and the folks at Snapcycle were helpful with any of my questions. The bike is surprisingly powerful! Just in the first few rides I've had a great time zipping around town and tackling hills in the Appalachians with ease.
