I’ve been extremely happy SnapCorrect. The process was easy, everyone has been extremely helpful and received my order quickly. I like that each stage is longer, helping the movement to be permanent. So many friends did Invisalign with not great or permanent results. Thank goodness I found SnapCorrect.

I sent the funds almost a month ago, I have emailed and left a few voice mails. No response. I would like to know when my aligners will be ready or need to be refunded so I can use someone else.

Trying to get in contact with them for months about my order and no one is answering or replying to emails. And I don’t know a party’s extension number. I sent in my impressions in the beginning of September and got an email saying my impressions were reviewed and cleared and are undergoing another review on 9/10 and haven’t heard anything since. Please someone help!

I received treatment from Snap Correct and the treatment was not successful 13 different times due to manufacturing defects. I have been so incredibly patient with them for the last 3 years and they have stopped responding to my emails. Complete SCAM! Do not waste your money.

We understand that you had different expectations of the treatment results. tooth alignment is a medical and biological process involving tissue and bones, it’s impossible to completely predict and therefore ‘guarantee’ the outcome 100%. Outcomes vary with customer compliance, age, gender, bone and tissue and overall customer health, genetics, lifestyle and other factors. We can not and did not offer guaranteed results. The Aligners you received were in-fact defect free, yet did not produce your desired results. We appreciate the honest feedback.
