Since I returned my impressions I have been waiting 5 weeks for communication about my treatment plan. I only received an email 5 weeks ago saying that they received my impressions and that they would get back to me with my treatment plan. The site says that the treatment plan should be provided within 2-3 weeks after the impressions. I have still heard nothing. I have called them twice and left messages, but have received no call back. Also, the site doesn’t work completely - only some of the photo attachment buttons work for uploading pictures. Their customer service line always goes to voicemail…If this is a legitimate business, then they are absolutely terrible! Don’t buy from them! It’s worth it to pay more to go elsewhere. Update 3/15/23: They emailed me yesterday to apologize for the issues and they refunded me $250 for my trouble. They said my treatment plan should be ready in 4-5 days. I am pleased that they are in communication with me again and that they are trying to improve the situation for me. I will wait to see if all goes well after this... Update 4/7/23: I received my aligners today. They seem great so far. The package also came with a lot of cool stuff including a very nice teeth whitening kit. The aligners appear to be good quality and they fit comfortably. I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars and if things keep going well I will probably add another star. 👍

This was tough, the treatment was really good but after my year was up I started wearing my retainer, after wearing my retainer it started to get loose and now my teeth are starting to gap out again. Overall would recommend.

Retainer issues......snap correct works good and aligned my teeth but once I got to the last aligner, the retainer, it seemed to stretch out after a few weeks and I can tell my alignment is regressing. Snap correct website says it's $100 for a new set of retainers to keep your teeth aligned. The way these retainers stretch out I'll need a new set every month or so. That means it's gonna cost me over $1000 per year to keep my teeth aligned and that's not something they tell you so I hadn't planned on that extra cost when I signed up. Maybe my teeth with stay put after a while but I can't afford new retainers every month.

Mostly great experience, however final result still has a good amount of cross-bite and when I bite down my teeth are not normal.

Customer Service is excellent. My experience was as expected but I feel there is still room for improvement. Another month or 2 of aligners would have been perfect. I'm not 100% happy with the final outcome.

The price is great however i'm not 100% sure of my progress. the aligners seem to be cheaply made, but you get what you pay for I guess
