I purchased my Invisalign but never received them.

Mostly had a good experience with this company, but I have lost/broken retainers and have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get them replaced and finish my treatment. I have tried calling, I’m put on hold until I have to leave a message. Then I get no call back. I’ve tried email, which in the past used to be replied to. I’m starting to wonder if this is even a real company anymore. I’ve even tried the chat method with no response.

I loved this company! Until…they sent me a pair of retainers that didn’t fit correctly (they were too high in the back and jabbed into my gums and the backs didn’t fit) and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them for months and now I’m sure my teeth have shifted. I wish they would send retainers that were heavy duty and lasted years. Not these cheap ones that crack after 4 months and you have to keep buying. And then when they’re made to be the wrong fit, and you can’t get a hold of them for new ones, it is very frustrating! Update: 10 minutes after I wrote this review I called again and miraculously got a real person! She was very helpful and Is sending new impression kit and I helping me get the correct retainers. I was very glad for her help, but unless someone real answers the phone, it has been very hard to talk to someone.

I have been dealing with SnapCorrect for a few years. They were always very helpful and quick to respond when I would contact them to obtain new retainers or to discuss issues I had with shifting of my teeth. That all changed in 2021. I had made several attempts at contacting them to address shifting in my teeth and wanting to obtain a new treatment plan. After several months and no communication about impressions I sent in I contacted them to advise them that my next communication would be from my attorney since they were not fulfilling their end of the deal. They finally contacted me and advised that the impressions I sent in Oct 2021 were not useful and they were sending another kit. This was April of 2022. I sent those impressions back and again they advised that only the lower were useable. They sent me another kit and that was returned to them the beginning of May 2022. They have since gone ghost again. I used to get an email advising that they received my returned kit. This is no longer the case. This is extremely frustrating since I have been using the same retainer for almost a year and half, when they are meant to be work 6-12 months at most. My retainer is also now broken which is another issue. I cannot afford to spend thousands more with a different company, and should not have to since they are supposed to continue support for their customers. It looks like they only get back to new customers and have forgotten how to maintain the ones they already have.

This company is great when can get a hold of them, but for the most part, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone or email. When I ordered my aligners, the service was prompt and the customer service agents were generally very pleasant and available. This was before ordering the aligners. After ordering the aligners and encounter some problems... that is another story. At the end of my treatment plan, my retainer cracked within the first couple of weeks of use. I called and asked if it was possible to get a replacement. I was told no but was offered a discount if I ordered a replacement due to how quickly my 1st one broke. No problem, I did not mind paying for another retainer. Wore the broken one in the meantime while waiting for a replacement to be made. When the replacement came, it did not fit at all. The older cracked retainer fit fine, but the new one had some pretty noticeable gaps and did not align to my teeth correctly. Decided to still wear it for half a year to see if my teeth would be able to conform to them anyways since at this point customer service was very difficult to contact (no one was answering their phone or returning messages from email or their chat app on their website!). Eventually I got someone to return a message to my email I sent (I believe it took over 1 month to get a response to the email!) The service and communication then became wonderful and great for 1-2 weeks. They sent me a kit to take a mold of my teeth very promptly and was of great assistance over the phone (when you could get to them) and email responses were prompt. But ever since they received the mold back, it appears I've been ghosted again! I've left multiple emails and voicemails to see if I could get an update on what's going on with my revision aligners but they do not get back, ever. It has now been over 1-1/2 months since my molds were received and I have no idea what is going on with them or if they are even being made. Seems very unprofessional to just ignore inquiries from your customers. All I want is an update! So yeah... it started out very good... but when you need support or if something doesn't go as planned... well... good luck to you, because you'll need it. ***** Edit (In Response to Message Below): ***** I have indeed received my revised aligners. I am going to bump my review up 1 star, because in the end, I did get them, but I am still woefully unsatisfied with lack of support/updates. Don't get me wrong, I do believe SnapCorrect makes a good product and the support is good (when you can reach them!) but the problem is it's extremely difficult to reach anyone for months on end. It is just completely unacceptable to conduct business that way. If I had known, I would've just paid extra for another company that would actually respond to inquiries without taking over 1-2 month to get back to you. I do understand that SnapCorrect is not as big as the other more established players, and I was willing to give it a chance anyways, but if the company is having problems with having enough staffing or returning calls/emails, just set up an auto-reply stating as much. Don't just leave your customers in the dark wondering if anything is even being done. I do wish this company the best as I do believe they make a good product and the company/support staff do have good intentions (imo), but they need to get their staffing/support issues figured out. In no way is it acceptable to just ignore your customers for 2 months with no response. I would've even been satisfied with a generic "Hey there, thanks for reaching out. We are currently still working on your aligners, but don't have any updates on a timeframe". I just wanted to know what was going on with them since I was supposed to get an update on them with 30 days of the molds being received.

Extremely frustrated with this company. I am on my FOURTH do-over because I got to the end of treatment and still have issues. During the process - lost a couple trays..but they told me they CANNOT replace lost ones, because they don't keep those in the computer sysytem - only retainers. WTH?? Why?? Am I the only person who EVER lost a set? Is this data REALLY that difficult to store? Come on! This time I my new retainer I paid $150 for....is actually moving my teeth OUT of alignment which had been better achieved with last trays. Told them AND sent pics of the issue with my top teeth. And just now got the kit to do the impressions YET AGAIN....and they are for the bottom only. Completely fed up..I do NOT recommend this at all. Also, some of the people who answer emails are snarky and rude. I really don't have much good to say...except teeth are straighter than before. Wish they were done in the first 9 months like I was told. Nearly 2 years later I'm pretty sure paying a little more would have been worth it.

Our Aligners are not 3-D printed or stored in a computer. The are thermo formed from molds of the bite. Because tooth alignment is a medical and biological process involving tissue and bones, it’s impossible to completely predict and therefore ‘guarantee’ the outcome 100%. We're sad to hear that your experience has been anything less than excellent. Our Smile Care Team is available to answer questions so that there is no misunderstanding. Feel free to contact us with further questions!

These aligners were fairly priced and did a great job at moving my teeth. They are also truly invisible. However, I had a minor issue to fix. The tooth I wanted to align is in place, but now, my top front teeth are touching my bottom front teeth when I bite down preventing my molars on one side from meeting. I’ve already gone through one set of refinements that didn’t fix the problem. It’s very frustrating. On top of that, I’ve been wearing my retainer for only three months now and upon taking it out to brush my teeth, noticed a huge crack down the side of it where my main problem tooth was. I can already feel my tooth shifting back. If retainers need to be replaced this frequently, then the price of these aligners are completely pointless. You might as well go with Invisalign.

Appears as if this company is going under due to COVID, stay far away-- finished treatment and waited 2 months for retainer sets and when they arrived, they were made out of a different material and as if from completely different teeth molds. Customer service is unreachable as I've been trying to get a refund on the defective products. Pretty shocking considering how happy I was with my treatment just last year, although there was a significant delay between payment + treatment. For the price point, there are far better, faster, and more reliable services out there.
