Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

Great company to deal with, everything was as advertised, very enjoyable experience

Easy to contact and schedule vacation.

So far all I did was make reservations. By accident found Colonial Properties while looking for a good place to stay on line. Made reservations at one of their condos. Hope the pics are what we will be getting. Very easy viewing and checking out properties and availability for each on line. Luckily we found what we were looking for and available on the dates looking for. Did not make reservations on computer but by telephone. (Not too savy with computers and did not want to goof up). Anyway, phone call went excellent. Person I talked to was very very obliging and helpful. Made it a lot easier for me. Oh! Location of condo is perfect for what we were looking for. Hoping everything goes well when we get there. Will write another review when we get back home. Hope next one will be excellent also........wish us luck for it is our first time doing this.

Very helpful in getting what we won't.

Great company stay with them many times. Just hate they did away with their customer discount for returning stays.

This was my first time renting a cabin and I just randomly picked this place and I was extremly pleased. Super clean. They called once to make sure I arrived safely and never heard from them again. Which is what I wanted. Note to self they where available at the drop of a hat tho. The dream catcher was a awesome cabin with lots of privacy. I will definitely be back.

Website was easy to navigate... no trouble finding information... easy to make reservations

not exactly what it appears in the photos, kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty, could write your name in the dust on the bed headboard, two light fixtures on the porch , yet only one light bulb. needed a flashlight to see to unlock the door at night.. carpenter bees drilling all around hot tub area , would not recommend this cabin to anyone as I will never stay their again...................
