This was my first time renting a cabin, and im so happy i went with colonial. They were so helpful and made sure i was getting everything i wanted/needed

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Decided last minute to take a few days off in the mountains with no time to book reservations. Walked in to Colonial Properties and had a very nice condo in less than 10 minutes!! Excellent service and very nice condo with everything we needed minutes away from all events and shopping malls. We will be back!!! Thanks so much for your services!

The cabin was as advertised. The location was superb. The property company emailed a code to get into the cabin at the appropriate time. Keyless entry worked very efficiently our large group. My big complaint was that my daughter left 3 dresses hanging in a closet which are now lost forever. We called management company on day of departure when we realized items were left behind. This call and 5 more calls over 6 weeks were futile. Each time we were told someone would put notes in the system, check on it and call us back. They never bothered to put notes in, look into it or call us back. Finally when I talked with a supervisor he said "if you read your contract we are not responsible for lost items." I was disappointed that they did absolutely nothing to help or be courteous once our family checked out.

We had a great time. Place was clean and well stocked. Location was great. We were close to all the places we wanted to go. The air freshener in the elevator was a little strong for one in our party that suffers from Copd.

Our choice of Holiday Chalet wasn't our best experience. The one way ,curvy overgrown 4/10 mile of road left a lot to be desired. We had no closet or bureau to put clothes. There was a rod in front of washer and dryer, otherwise our clothes were left in suitcase. We didn't use hot tub due to electrical outlet seemed to be loose and tub wasn't running.Housekeeping had not cleaned stove or changed foil in oven or burners. Water has minerals that leave spots and separates creamer in coffee. Take water for drinking . Needs good cleaning and update. Quiet dead end and view is great if that's what matters to you.

Online booking was super easy and the website has everything you need! I also loved how you can chat with someone while looking at their website, to answer questions.

Well I scheduled our vacation for a cabin in the smokies via phone with Veronica at colonial properties and from the first call I was reluctant in scheduling she was not pleasant nor helpful. I even told her well can you give me some details as this is our first time doing this or visiting the smokies, she definitely did not go out of her way to be helpful or even get this rental scheduled. So after she gave me the total for the days we had requested I wuestioned why was it so much, she stated there was a $77 charge for cleaning, which after getting itemized bill was not the case. I had to call her 4 times and wasted 2 hours driving around looking for our cabin as our gps was taking us to a different location. I finally got her back on the phone and asked her to provide us with step by step verbal directions. We get to the cabin and there was cob webs all over not only in the high parts of the ceiling but all over, so not acceptable especially since you are responsible for paying for a cleaning fee. Just be very precautious when scheduling a cabin thru this company as this was our experience. I suggest going directly to the office possibly this would help, not positive though since we did not do this.
