Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

No problems at all thanks

We have stayed with many different cabin rental companies in the Smoky Mtns over the years. We have found Colonial to be the best! Best rates, super clean cabins, great amenities, very friendly staff! You simply can't beat them.

Overall great experience. Can't wait to be at the Cabin in October.

They answered all my questions and helped me make the family vacation for 2017. It is our first time renting a cabin and the reviews I read on the particular cabin seem to be wonderful. I was also assured that this is a beautiful cabin with many amenities. I cannot wait to go on this family vacation.

Easily found the perfect rental from the huge selection. Process was easy and received confirmation immediately.

The washing machine did not work the entire stay. Was promised repairman. Never showed up. Ended up having to go to office to get more towels. Also dishwasher did not work properly. The water stunk so we had to use bottle water to brush teeth and dreaded each day to have to take showers. Will not recommend to friends.

Straight forward easy and no surprises.

The lady I spoke with while making my reservation was 1st class. Made my 5 minutes of conversation enjoyable with zero issues. Thank you.
