We recently rented the Home Tweet Home cabin from them in Pigeon Forge, TN. The cabin itself was decorated very cute, very spacious, offered nice amenities. What we didn't appreciate was the customer service. It was AWFUL! We were supposed to have a hot tub on the deck, of which didn't work and they said since its an amenity they are not required to fix it. When we called them, they did send someone out 4 hours later. We also had outlets that didn't work, a lamp that was broken and a very clogged sink that they didn't fix. Once again, very disappointing. Then our water got shut off and we had no running water. Come to find out, they had sold that cabin and it was taking over new ownership and we were never told, hence they didn't care if they fixed stuff or not. They took forever to call us back on things and were rude when they did. NOTHING ever got fixed, including the hot tub and have not made it right yet. DO NOT rent from them.

We booked KEY BLUFF for five night starting 1-24-21 and left 1-29-21..The house was nice and had a nice view on clear days..Inside the cabin was clean and fresh..everything as described..Our problems were it took 30 minutes to figure out the WIFI do to 3 routers hooked up as one..The mattresses were average at best..The HOT TUB had globs of hair floating in the water and there was trash spread around the entire property ..Lots of trash all around the cans like an animal tore through it a month or two earlier..Disappointing to say the least..The office sent someone to pick up trash the next day and offered a coupon or partial refund but never gave either one. I took pictures of all of these issues..

We have only been here for a few hours so far but we are disappointed. The cabin sleeps 6 by opening the sofa. However, there are no extra pillows for sleeping. Nor are there towels enough for 6. We have 4 towels, period. We have stayed many places like this and were always provided with things like salt and pepper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, etc. Not here. Not my idea of a great start to our vacation.

Lazy River cabin was very nice and affordable. However, information given on the website was misleading. The cabin appears to be secluded and located along a river in Pigeon Forge. In reality, it is located along a very busy highway and only feet away from a subdivision across the creek in Sevierville. Privacy was not really possible given the nearby traffic and surrounding houses. It was very disappointing to arrive expecting a secluded cabin in the mountains, and instead finding a roadside cabin without even a mountain view. The cabin itself was very nice and clean as it appeared in pictures...but would've been a better experience if we would've had accurate information to choose a cabin more fitting to our expectations.

The cabin itself is beautiful. On the other hand there was a huge problem with the water. It was very cloudy and very smelly. I guess of sulfur. The faucets would spray out in a sputtering motion and the pressure was off. We let it run for Almost 30 minutes on 2 separate occasions, one before the plumber came and once after, and after it ran you could see the dirt in the color of the water (light brown) and by the dirt visible in the sink/tub. The bathroom water barely got warm. So showering/bathing was annoying. The shower with the jacuzzi tub would spray out so bad when the jets were on that it soaked the whole bathroom. Then the button got stuck to where it kept spraying and we had to use a knife to pry it back out to shut off the jets. The shower upstairs either sprayed in a sputter motion or barley let any water out. The kitchen sink was a toss up. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it sprayed and sputtered out. You could smell the rotten egg smell anytime the water was on. We had to buy drinking water. They were doing work on the cabin next to us. And in the kitchen there were exposed wires in an unfinished outlet. But other than that it was very pretty. Our family enjoyed the beauty of it. And the beds were soft. But the water was a huge issue so it gets 2 stars. And one lamp upstairs was missing a light bulb. It was beautiful but needs work.

First the hot tub was so nasty,we couldn t even get in it. Call the office and maint. they said it was clean, but after we check out they would have to acid wash it, & it would take 2 days.The fireplace glass in the bedroom was so dirty you couldn t see the fire. The wallpaper in the bedroom was falling off the walls and someone had tape it back up. This was the first time we had use Colonial properties and it will be my LAST.I had look at all the reviews on this cabin and many more before we book this one.Also i look in the book in the cabin that people had wrote about, and i seen were pages Had been removed from it,now i no why. So thanks Colonial Properties for a great weekend. (NOT)

The towels smelled mildewed needs more blinds around the hot tub so that the old man down the hill will stop staring at us. Jets in hot tub hardly worked. Dishes some were dirty. Fire place is barely working. Then when I went to the office to get more towels. She said they would bring them nobody showed up. Cabin is nice but not the best experience. We usually rent from Auntie Bellems. They are a little pricey now I see why.

This place needs better cleaning service and maintance service. Cabin was not clean had a small bug problem plus every other thing is broke or very dirty. Really needs work on this cabin if they expect to get top dollar for this place. Not to mention how close everyone is together in this community needs less cabins an better services to get top pay for these places. Rented with this company before an the cabin was top notched clean not to close an well maintained was worth every penny spent on it however this time not worth it.
