Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

No problems at all!!!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Josh was awesome helping us pick the perfect cabin for us!!!! Breanda was very nice helping us add a day and paying balance!!! Ready, Set, can't wait to Go!!!

I booked this cabin with no problems and loved the option to only pay half to reserve which is why i choose Colonial Properties. Can't wait till our vacation in December!

I have used Smoky Mountain Dreams several times when booking a condo or cabin in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The places are always very nice and clean. I haven't been disappointed yet. The staff is always friendly every where I have been and they take care of any issues you have immediately.

We seem to get sometimes too many people, too many cars, and on occasion the rent seems to be low

The cabin was very nice and clean. The cabin, designed to sleep 6 people has a coffee pot for a motel room that would sleep two. The grill although pictured as a gas grill, listed on the amenities as a gas grill, is a crappy electric grill that takes three times as long to cook anything and ruins it in the process. Very disappointed with that. Deck furniture??? Two strapped down rockers on the front porch and a tiny picnic table with stools on the back deck. No way to just sit and enjoy a cocktail. If you want to spend the time inside then the cabin was wonderful. Just saddened for the amount you pay decent grill or coffee pot couldn't be purchased. Suggestion...bring your own!!

Hillbilly deluxe was unsatisfactor for several reasons. Did not expect as . )many stairs. (we're around 70) Toaster and coffee mach both out of order. Toaster caught on fire.2 bathrooms dirty when we arrived. All DVD players would not work. All previous experiences with Aunty Bug's rentals have been satisfactory. This one wasn't.

Excellent service. I called the management company, Colonial Properties, to modify my reservation. They were very cordial and helpful. I would definitely use this company again.
