Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

It served its purpose but was not as inviting as the pictures online.

This is a beautiful place. It is so relaxing. We had lots of games to play and the hot tub was a perfect end to every day. The only negative thing to say was that the beds were not comfortable and they made us sweat from the plastic covers oh them.

They were extremely helpful especially since this was my 1st time renting a cabin

Heading to our cabin in 2 days! The online experience has been spectacular. Looking forward to our trip.

Through the years we have used various rental companies to plan our escape to the mountains. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. On the rare occasion a need has arisen while on vacation (ex. Need more linens , repair needed. Etc.) they have always corrected and provided whatever was needed in a very quick manner. I would highly recommend this company over all the others on the area.

The person on the phone I loved her she was so sweet I had a problem with the web site and she was great. Thanks for being so great wish i had her name. Thanks so much

It was amazing nothing else to say. I would recommend it to anyone!!

the website, search engine, found the right property. A clean but worn cabin, slept well, great view. Owners could put a few dollars toward small unstable eating table/chairs, re felt the pool table, and replace the couch. the upstairs was extremely warm, needed the fan all the time. Wish Upon A Star had pictures that were either photoshopped or out of date. I will use Colonial Properties again but probably not this particular unit. Additionally, even with a map PDF provided, and GPS, it was difficult to find.
