Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

disappointed that when we got here the jacuzzi did not work and neither did the cable. After multiple calls the second day they finally sent a maintenance person who did nothing. The jacuzzi and tv did not work the entire time and it's an over all dirty feel. The pillows are old and stink, blankets are old, dishes were dirty. I would never recommend this cabin. In addition ti not getting the amenities we paid for the cabin was not stocked well. There was not even salt and only two dishwatsher packets no sponge really nothing but dishes. Total bummer

Awesome people to work with. Very accommodating.

Friendly and fast

Accommodations were very acceptable, clean and efficient. The only problem was getting the key code to the cabin on arrival. It was not emailed as promised and had to call local police to get in touch with Colonial Properties before we could get in.

This cabin is in dier need of an upgrade. The carpet is dirty and old. The rental cost for the cabin is outrageous considering the barhrooms are infested with mildew. The TV does not work and neither does the fireplace. Drawers are missing from three of the cabinets in the two rooms. There is not even one hair deyer or hanger in any closet. Do yourself a favor and run as far as you can from thid horrific place!

We are repeat customers and you couldn't ask for better service and selection!!!!!!!!!

We loved the cabin but my wife had an allergic reaction to either the fabric softener, dryer sheet, or laundry soap used on the bedding, she broke out in a rash. Other than that everything was great.

Cabin T is a wonderful cabin with an amazing view. We spent 4 days exploring the area and coming home to this cabin was extra special. Cabin is clean, nicely decorated especially now for Christmas and well stocked for preparing meals. Drive up to cabin is easy with straight up driveway but not difficult to maneuver. Good parking on top and plenty of room to turn around. Thank you to owners for sharing their wonderful cabin.
