Excellent experience
This was our first time to Tennessee. We will definitely be making a yearly getaway and be using colonial properties to do so. No complaints on our cabin (way to go) they had everything you could think of..even a crock pot lol!!

Great place to stay.
Great cabin all the amenities of home. My only complaints were the Beds were terrible and way to soft and shaky.Drop some money and get some nice beds. Also there are no tv's in the bed rooms.

Awesome
Bear Bottom was the best cabin we have ever rented . We had a bad experience awhile back with Colonial Properties and never got the customer satisfaction we deserved honestly . This rental was our 26th Cabin in the area and the best . I am glad we decided to try Colonial Properties again .

Disgusted and extremely disappointed
Have tried to get information but have been rushed off the phone or blown off each time ive called.Id never do business with you ppl again.Being refused a refund because of a natural disaster completely beyond my control is ridiculously unacceptable. This matter WILL be resolved either in or out of court.
