Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

We had a wonderful time! It was very clean and provided everything we needed! The only thing I had a problem with was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable!

very easy to navigate and reserve your unit

We enjoyed the location and privacy. Unfortunately there was a water problem. We had a hard time with the pressure for showers. In fact we left on our last day without showers. Other than that this place was great. Probably a 3.5 in reality.

have stayed with before had great experince, had contacted a week or so earlier about a cabin but got no responce from them. mostly good experences with the exception of it.

For the last 5 years we have always been happy with the service and accommodations. Great property company to deal with....thanks

Help me and my family out after having a bad experience at Cabin USA for the. Holiday week

Very clean and nice!!

My family stayed in a Colonial cabin this past summer. We all enjoyed it so much that we have decided to make it a family tradition to rent cabins with Colonial for all our family vacations. We have already reserved our cabin for next summer. The cabins are beautiful and clean. The staff at Colonial is so very nice and helpful.
