Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

It was amazing experience and will never forget it

Rocking Bear cabin was ok for the weekend. Commode in main floor area was clogged up and walls in bathroom were nasty. Do not use GPS to get to this cabin. Print directions given in email and use those. We had snow the weekend we were there and someone did scrape the road so we could get out.

booking the cabin was pretty easy can't wait until our vacation!!

The online rental was easy

I had never stayed at a rental cabin before, so I didn't know what to expect, but River Rendezvous blew my expectations out of the water. The entire cabin was clean, and very conveniently located equal distance between Pigeon Forge and Gatlingburg. The bed was extremely comfy, the heating is very adequate and quick to warm the entire cabin. The balcony overlooks a river and is quite peaceful to see/hear. I highly recommend this cabin

First time staying with this company and also in one of there condos. It's perfect for the area and perfect for my husband and I getaway! It's snowed so that's a plus also!

3rd time booking and staying with this company! Excellent every time!

Fare price with a great location
