Three sisters weekend out
Great condo Pigeon Roost one of the best we have stayed in (good location also). Our first time with Colonial Properties. We will be back.

Nice but no wi fi.
The cabin is nicely decorated and conveniently located. I am very disappointed that there is no wi fi. I specifically looked for a cabin with WiFi. I called to complain Friday when I checked in and was told someone would be over. It is now Saturday night and I'm still being told that a ticket is open and someone is on the way. The remote to the tv does not work, the bathroom sink backs up and slow to drain and the hot tub is full of some calcium sedimate that the posted sign says is a build up from hard water & will not hurt you but it is unsightly. My last experience with Colonial properties was great and that is why I tried them again. This trip was a special occasion and I was very disappointed.

Booking online
Booking online was very easy. The hardest part was trying to choose which cabin to rent! We are very excited and can't wait for our trip to the Smokey Mountains!

Great site and easy booking
Couldn't decide on a cabin, so I called to book our vacation. The rep was knowledgeable and super helpful!

Customer service
When I called to book our cabin the young girl who answered the phone was nice and friendly it was the lady who took my reservation that didn't seem to be as friendly. She was very one toned and seemed not to enjoy her job.
