SMOKReviews of smoktech.com

I have to say I've only ever bought smok products and I have been extremely disappointed with my purchase of the stick prince. I purchased it only 3 months ago and ever since I have been unable to find the proper coil that was designed for this vape. I know there are others similar available but I just don't like how they hit. I am being told the reason is a manufacturer issue. With that being said how pathetic is it that smok would put a product out there they can't provide coils for.

Just purchased a smok t Priv with V8 tank seems sturdy time will tell. Been using smok for year's now and had no problems with my tanks or mods, some coils are a bit iffy but that's down to bad batch I think great work keep it up ......Update.....smoke tpriv 2 A month on and still going strong few chips on mod paint but I work in construction so bound to happen. Quality mod

My pro color broke suddenly one day. I put in a warranty claim, which has taken over 2 months to ALMOST fulfill. I got my e-coupons today so I could get my replacement, the one for the Mod worked, and then the one for the Shipping wouldn't work, so I went back, AND TO MY SURPRISE, THE COUPON FOR THE MOD WAS GONE. Complete and utter crap customer service. Never ever buying a Smok again.

I'm writing my review here for Smok products although I will be clear I've never purchased from them direct but a local shoppe. I have had 3 Smok mods. An Alien, Procolour, and the Mag. The Alien lasted a year before the screen went but it lasted HARD abuse. The Procolour and Mag? Amazing! I love the Mag the most due to its unique shape and comfort. I believe it and the Procolour share the same firmware and outside of design there is little difference between them (except the cool lights on the Pro). I have had little to no hiccups with the product at all and have been vaping now for 5 years. These are some of the only mods I trust and I absolutely love the TFV12 Prince (when I'm not running an RDA). Seeing all these reviews has me wondering if the friction and poor rating is by dealing through Smok itself. My reccomendation for anyone is - keep trying on them. I have never dealt with them personally as I buy through a shoppe (Create-A-Cig). It may be more expensive buying from a retailer but that is the only thing I could think of to why there are so many low reviews for their stuff on here! I have only bought one mod in the last 3 years that isn't Smok and that was as a daily wear and tear piece to keep my babies (Mag and Pro) pristine.

I feel generous for giving 2 stars.I purchased 2 products at the same time, the one does work - with minor problems which I can grit my teeth and accept (only because of the long process I'm having to go through with the other) - but it's not the worst. The second star is literally because what I ordered arrived. Well done Smok, you're not COMPLETELY ripping people off - only mostly. The product I've had the most trouble with is a vape that leaks from the time it arrived. The liquid from the vape leaks straight through to the battery compartment. When I contacted the 'customer support' their only reply implied that this was somehow my fault. I sent a video of what their product does! As they requested! It clearly is not my fault, but their manufacturing.Eventually, after a very lengthy waiting process, they accepted the blame (about 25 days later).I'd stated that I wanted a full refund as the product is and never was fit for purpose - in response they offered me SOME of my 'money' back via coupons to use on their website. When I stated that I did not wish to have anything else from them and I simply want my money back, they emailed me again - offering me an extra $10 to spend on their site...fantastic.I'm not happy in the slightest, but after 2 months of trying to get a refund I just honestly give up.I'll take the coupons and my unhappiness. I just hope no-one else makes the same mistake - because when things go wrong - they do not care in the slightest.

Purchased a kit on December 7 2017 it worked about 2 weeks. Luckily I still have my kanger.Just spoke to a warranty reprep and was informed that the color I bought wasn't available any more. The only option I was given for a replacement was black. If i wanted a black device I would have purchased a black one. Never buy a device from smok.Emailed china about the device and the response was to send adds for new devices to purchase.Never a answer about the broken device DON'T BUY THIS JUNK EVER .

This is the second mod I've bought from smok, neither has lasted a year, you get very very poor customer service (almost non existent) I've written them two emails with no reply, all I can say is do these companies not care about reputation or repeat custom? It seems after they have your money you no longer matter. Their products are poor to mid range, all with fancy names to attract stupid people to buy such as 'cloud beast' or 'alien' etc I'd give them 9/10 for marketing 5/10 for product quality and 1/10 for after sales customer support. ALL IN I'D SAY AVOID AVOID AVOID TRY ANOTHER NOT SO HYPED AND COLOURFUL BOXED BRAND.

My T-Priv was the first ever mod from Smok and it has served me well and its still working properly. Their customer service is not top notch, but I got the items and I am satisfied.
