Smok is to vaping like Ronson are to smoking. You will not find any better products anywhere else. I have the Smok Prince on a Snowwolf x-feng mod, definitely recommend this combination.

I bought a Smok Knight Kit with the Kapoor 2 mod. No issues with the mod, but the Smok tank and coils were another business. Fairly soon after I bought it I thought I’d bought a bad batch of coils. It turned out it was the tank short circuiting on the battery, leaving an awful taste of metal and burned cotton. Every so often it would work but even then the tank would leak and I’d find my pockets reeking of the liquid I was using. Eventually it stopped working altogether. I only bought this in May and it’s broken by September. Meanwhile my Aspire PockeX is still going strong after a year. After my experience and seeing the same story from countless others, avoid this brand at all costs.

I bought an Alien from SmokTech and had I to have it returned as it was defective right out of the box. I send it back to be replaced and had to buy another one. That 2 was defective. They take 5 months to send me my 1st replacement back. Because they don't know how to work and replace items quick enough, they won't honor the warranty on the 2nd one. 2 bad products i wasn't about to buy a 3rd one, and sent the 2nd one back... So I am disgusted and aggravated to say the least. They are poorly made and not made in the US....NEVER BUY SMOKTECH

So I bought a tfv12 prince cobra tank. My first coil burnt out that night. In two weeks I've gone thru ten coils. After multiple trips to the vape shop and acouple YouTube videos to fix the issue still no luck. I'll never buy anything from this company again. Going back to asprie as soon as I have the money to do so!

Terrible service. Bought a brand new device and it was broken when I took it out of the box. Mailed back for warranty after the store would not help. Took months to get Item back and it still did not work. In fact it was broken more. After many calls and emails I finally for a hold of someone and they wanted me to send it in again. I have decided to just accept it as a loss of money as the stress to go through it all again is not worth it.

Smoke stick prince. Waste of money and that’s something I dont have a lot of being a single mother and desperate to cut the crap out of my life from cigs. It’s really hot and splashes hot liquid on my lips! Bleeping OUCH! . Geeze! Crappy product smok people. I can’t help but feel I just got caught by your racket.

I bought a SMOK priv17 3 weeks ago. DON'T BUY IT! I've been vaping for 6years now, I know how to use a vape, I know the mechanics of it. This one is easy to put together and fill, but it leaked all of the fluid out in my purse twice so far, I checked it to make sure the tank was on correctly and it was. and I have to change the coil EVERYDAY! The coils are $4 a piece, it adds up quick. My last Vape the coils lasted 2 weeks. I'm not a heavy vaper, so I figured the coils would last at least 2 weeks. I would be happy with a week, but everyday is just too expensive. I would still be using my last vape, but it was dropped too many times. If you've been vaping and ever had a problem with it, you know the shop isn't going to do anything to help you. The warrenty is bullshite. DON'T BUY IT. I'm over the anger part, now I'm just saving to buy something else. It will not be anything from this company. Sincerely, Cynthia

Worst vape products on the market. I've had an Alien220w catch fire while just sitting idle. And their coils leak bad. Imagine filling your tank and letting it sit for a minute and come to find all your juice leaked out through the coil and made a huge mess. Every single time. Never spending another penny on a Smok product.
