I've never heard of them being referred to as SmokTech before but I know that Smok, the actual vaping company is awesome. Now, some folks disagree but I've had all of the Smok sticks and a few Smok Mods. They have the best flavor by far and I've tried everything except pod vapes and build your own. Outta of everything I've bought from them, I've only had one faulty vape and two faulty coils. Thank Goodness, not only did my store make up for it by giving me another brand new one but so did Smok by giving me an online coupon for 60 bucks. Still to this day all I use is Smok and I have a ton of other brands too. I just prefer Smok. Always have and most likely, always will. Best wishes everyone ❤

Regardless of the SMOK model I buy, it fails miserably within four weeks.

Bought a smok nord. The pod pops out every time I put it into the base, literally unusable. I have to hold it in place for every drag and it falls on the floor every time I pull it out of my pocket. How hard would it be to make a device where the pod clicks into place? However, it's a good product when it works, but sadly it doesn't.

This is by far one of the best products I've ever purchased. My Smok Vape has been drop on every hard surface there is and from far distances and not a crack, break, or even change in its working capability. The battery last forever and I've even accidentally dropped it in my sink while i was doing dishes dried it out and was still working like a champ. Ive purchased several other vapes and they havent lasted my life style a week. This one should be the top rated vape out there.

Wow I wish I read these reviews BEFORE I purchased a Novo off their website. I’ve emailed them 3 times now asking for a refund because I ordered the wrong vape. I have not heard back from them AT ALL. I don’t work or have any income and I spent $45 on JUST the novo alone, it wasn’t even the kit either JUST the device. $45 is ALOT when you’re broke, especially if you spent that much on the wrong vape. I’m so bothered by the horrible horrible customer service. I was expecting to hear back at least the same day I emailed them but nope. Was anyone able to get ahold of them before? I need that refund and I’m started to get super pissed off by them. So disappointed.

I’ve had a very complicated relationship with this company, and this is starting from where I first saw them I believe was about four or five years ago. At that time, their products were absolutely outstanding, I still have a 200 or 220 W box mod that still works to this day although I hardly ever use it nowadays as I’m trying to quit. I did notice, and while I still hold the company in high regard as their parts are widespread, maintenance may be necessary which is a downside which is why I did not give a five out of five review as some of the products do tend to break, but I believeThat they are trying to address those mistakes. I just received, as a reward for from the company ejuicesteals.com and I’m not trying to promote another company here but I just received the RPM160 POD Mod Kit, and I’ve had it for about three or four days now and I really put that thing through the ringer. I am it’s got a huge tank, the fill ability is easy as I found it always is with smart products and they seem to be Michaeltin usually pretty interchangeable. I think a lot of people are forgetting the fact that there aren’t really many 40 W, 80 white, or hell 160 W pods out there. I mean that’s the strength of a regular box. So this is a partial review for the company which I believe is on the upswing. I’ve had mods and pods I’ve had them go out but I’ve also had that happen with Aniken and aspire another top name brands. Sometimes it’s how you treat them, and sometimes it’s a USB I mean I just went through Saghalie top-of-the-line model and it was USB only and now I can’t even charge the thing even though it was a tremendously great box if it taking batteries like my stock products then I think things would’ve been different so I’m gonna give them a four out of five stars as I noticed a unusually low ranked. Yes stuff breaks, and yes they may have hit a rough patch for a while, but think of the demand and think of it from their point of you. Absolutely terrible I have got 9 smok vapes and they are all failing I've only had them a few months leaking tanks bottoms not closing properly when your turn it on it keeps firing and cant stop it and the coils burn out I've been a smok lover for year but honestly it seems every vape you seem to make gets worse it's time I quit the smok game n go on to a another brand
