There should be a (-) star option for this company. Do not buy from them. They are fraudulent. Cancelled my subscription, my first phone call with them, I think I waited 30 minutes to speak with someone. I've called many times since and no one ever picks up. They also claimed they couldn't recognize my phone number for my account. They can find my bank account info pretty easily, though. I had my bank block the transactions, because they keep trying to take my money, even after cancelling my subscription. I recommend a class action and I'll be happy to participate.

They dont deserve one star. Bought a one time order and never agreed to any contract. They enrolled me in a monthly contract without my consent. And they didnt want to admit their mistake. It is a fraudulent company. It was not easy to get my money back. They tried to convince me I need to use their product every day for results. Never buy from this company. Not good company. I imagine someone might file a lawsuit and if so count me in for class action because I see they do this often.

This company is borderline fraud. I have to make two trips to the post office to send back worthless prodcuct that doesnt work. They sent next batch before i had any tine to see if i liked it, which I dodnt. Its just peroxide in a pen for $25. Of course i lose the postage both ways

The customer service is horrible. I got an order even thou my next order was not supped to be delivered till October. I cancelled my subscription because of this and then they sent me another order. I was told that if orders are in process they are delivered however there was none process. They do not want to cancel the subscription.

made one time purchase through Amazon. Two weeks later recieved another package and a week later received an email stating another package was shipped. After 23 minutes trying to cancel with customer service (which is a foreign representative with limited knowledge of English). Don't trust this company!

I thought I was buying smile actives to try it but I was signed into a subscription package!!!! A very costly item for a whitening toothpaste. It comes to $30.00 a month! I actually like the product but I want to purchase it on my terms. I'm very skeptical of this company. Good luck trying to cancel!

Scam. They subscribe me without my consent and are saying they'll keep charging me.

This is a complete scam. They sign you up with a deal that you think is a one time purchase and it is a subscription. Check all the comments on the internet. They are tricksters.
