Like many others, I was charged after 30 days of receiving my sample order. I had called after I received the sample pack and told them I did not want the new shipment. I was assured by the customer service that she had cancelled that shipment. Lo and behold, I was charged. I called customer service again and went through an ordeal with them. There were 2 more scheduled charges for approximately $47 for the new shipment. They are extremly difficult to deal with. Don't buy anything from them.

it i s sort of a scam since they do not disclose (or rather hide really well) that it is a subscription. you keep getting charges every month. and I cancelled the membership and I am still charged. I have returned the product and yet no refunds. I called customer service (be patient if you call, they make you wait) and they can't do much from the call center where they are. Anyway.. avoid this company.

The hidden "ship in 30 days" for a product you haven't even used half of is sneaky and very hard to stop. Although there is a return policy announced on the website, there is no way to cancel the subscription. I have looked excessively for a way to do it and it continually takes you back in a circle. When you call the phone number on the website it routes to the Philippines and the person talking absolutely refuses to listen and do what you ask. I had to tell her 5 times no and she continued trying to sell this product again. The company is still trying to charge me for a product I never wanted and doesn't work

Like everyone else said. It's a scam. I looked very closely before buying to make sure I wasn't signing up for a subscription before purchasing the first time and there wasn't anything clearly stating that's what you're signing up for. They charged me for a second month and they're incredibly difficult to get a hold of.

It's a scam. I accepted the offer after watching their ad on MSNBC. Received the first package (and the product doesn't work!) and was charged again. Now I have to ship everything back to them to get a refund for both orders. This is not an ethical way to do business! I never subscribed to it.

This is a scam. Do NOT order from this company. They automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription and I can't ever get a hold of anyone via phone or chat to cancel the order. I did manage to cancel last month but only after they sent the shipment and charged me. So I kept it and received an email confirmation of the cancellation. Only to get charged again this month for another $30 after I had already cancelled last month. SCAM!

Buyer beware. They offer a buy one get one. Then sign you up for a subscription service. Didn't realize until account charged and product delivered. Cancelled and returned product. Did not refund money and even continued to charge. Disputed with credit card company.

Joke of a company. The subscription plan is very deceptive. I didn’t realize it was a $30 a month charge until you pay 90 for three months tried calling customer service several times I was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally got through. I sent back one at $15 at my expense. Order from this company it’s fraudulent.
