Biggest joke of a company. They do not disclose all the details on your first order. They sign you up for a subscription, then it is like pulling teeth to get your automatic orders and payments cancelled. If I could give a negative stars rating, it would be -100.

This is a shady company with the worst customer service. You are automatically subscribed with a first order. I returned all the products unused and was told my refund was issued and not to be seen. Do not order from this company. I have an email that says I have a credit waiting and you cannot view it.

Product barely works, and the service is a total scam to keep your money in 11$ shipping off from your refund PLUS what you have to pay to ship it back. It surto renews randomly on a monthly charge too. WAY too expensive total scam. DO NOT Fall for it!!!

Ordered from Smile Actives. Right after that, suddenly, I was hacked. Not sure how yet, but I called them...you cannot log in, even though they have that option on their web page...It's being upgraded...hummm. Needed to find out about my order status--whether or not it went through, and my charge was definitely much higher than I remember. Now my card is cancelled due to fraudulent activity, my bank card is cancelled for same reason and my bank account is frozen for the next 7-10 days. Communication with this company was sketchy, in my opinion They also don't tell you that you'll be charged each month. I don't think so, but I suspect this is where all my difficulties originated. I let them know that I have contacted every agency I am aware of, including the police AND I'm not a stupid old lady. My knowledge is in IT and more. The gentleman that was helping me was named Jason, but he sure sounded like he was definitely out of country. He sounded rather nervous once I told him all I was up to. Can't prove anything yet, but you know how dogs are with their bones!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPAY EVER

Shady company that claims you signed up for recurring orders when you never did! I ordered Smileactives one time only and then I find out my PayPal account was charged for another shipment which I never signed up for! Shop elsewhere!

While this toothpaste is fine, the company has fraudulent practices. I was tricked into buying a two for one. Unbeknownst by me, they signed me up, not only for an ongoing subscription, but also a $92 package which contained one tall tube of toothpaste and a small tube of bleach. They have been taking an ongoing payment out of my account for the past two months and there’s even another one coming out in August, despite my cancellation of the subscription. Now they tell me they will refund my money if I send everything back .I really think they have tricked a lot of people into buying this $92 package. They sign you up for it automatically , when all you are doing is ordering some toothpaste. I’ve tried reporting it to PayPal, and I am sure that they have many people who have tried to get their money back from this company. It’s really unfortunate that they have fraudulent practices like this, because the toothpaste is actually OK ,and I would’ve continued ordering it as I ran out. However, after this, I will never order from this company again. Buyer beware

Awful customer service and shady business operations. They autoship things you don't agree too and do NOT send any kind of notification that its even coming so you can't dispute or change it in advance. Then you have to pay the return shipping for stuff you never agreed too. The price of the autoship is also more than you would pay by buying as a one off purchase. Total scam; learn from my mistake and do not buy from this company.

Seems like they do this to a lot of customers. They charge your account not even 30 days after the first payment. I have called my bank to report this and to a charge back. There website says every 3 months and they do this without notifying you. Scam and the product doesn't event work.
