BEWARE OF SHADY DEALING i purchased to try, product was so-so, but decided not to continue. Apparently I got caught up in some subscription scam. After being charged a substantial amount, i contacted customer service to cancel. After repeated request to cancel i finally was told my subscriotion was cancelled. 30 days later and later I'm receiving emails stating I owe more money. Customer service reps lie to your face.

Do not buy this product. Go to the dentist and have trays made and purchase the whitening gel there. It will be cheaper. This is the biggest rip off and I agree with the other characterizations that it is fraud. #1- It is a subscription service, although that is not disclosed upfront. #2-It is impossible to cancel the second delivery, because my account was not created until after the second shipment was mailed out. #3 - for $300.+ you get one tiny bottle of the “magic” gel, plus a lot of worthless junk , like 3 toothbrush heads for an unknown (And not specified anywhere) brand of electric toothbrush. The company has selected for you what you will “need” for maintenance.

Can I give a negative Star? Don’t buy from them. Huge rip off. I still can’t get my refund and I sent back product unopened. I have never dealt with such a shady company.

This product does not work as described. The bottles you get are tiny (3.5oz), even though the company makes them look large. Plus canceling is a bunch of hoops to jump through. Their commercial makes the clam that 100% of customers were satisfied. Liars

Buyer Beware: Unauthorized Auto-Shipments & Cancellation Fees I purchased SmileActives Whitening Gel expecting a one-time order, but was shocked to find myself enrolled in an auto-ship program without my consent. Not only did they continue sending products I didn’t authorize, but when I tried to cancel, I was hit with unexpected fees. Their customer service was not available to take my call during business hours, making the experience even more frustrating. The whitening gel itself didn’t deliver noticeable results, but the real issue is the deceptive subscription model. I strongly urge potential buyers to read the fine print and consider other options. This felt more like a trap than a treatment.

This is the worst product ever. They trapped me in a subscription with no refund and no authorization. I called three times to cancel, but they keep charging me $29.99 every month for over three months for just three tiny bottles. Horrible product. Don’t waste your money—avoid it's scam.

Huge ripoff. Smile actives keeps taking money from my credit card and I NEVER subscribed for ongoing service. BEWARE of this seller who misrepresents their product to the consumer!!

A complete Scam!! I ordered he product out of curiosity. I then started getting automatically billed for this product, although I only purchased the initial product. I called Customer Service and had to wait on line for over 30 minutes to speak to someone that did not speak English all that well. I thought I cancelled this product or so I was told, and then I saw I was just recently billed again. I called the non-existent customer service and waited for 30 plus minutes. In the end I just cancelled my credit card to avoid any further transactions with the company. I cannot believe they are allowed to advertise on major news networks. Lastly, the return policy is you have to wait on hold for about 30 minutes, speak with someone with no clue, only to be told to mail it back. I think I paid 16 dollars to mail their product back to them. It is just a complete scam!!
