The product did not work for me or my wife. You pay once for the Kit(About $33). Then another payment that they split your order into 3 payment($143.19 total, $47.43 per month for 3 months). They send you 1 package(refills) that is suppose to work for 3 months. If you return it. You as the customer have pay for the shipping. But they still deduct the shipping for the refill they send you. So you can lose $20-$30. Customer service wait time is 30mins, and could take even longer. If I was someone looking into this product. I would not try it at all. My perspective.

- Purchased product but was never able to set up an online account to manage my subscription. I tried over a dozen times and never got an e-mail to complete the registration. - Product is subpar at best - company keeps sending product because I cannot set up the account to manage/cancel subscription/ - Call company and given the run around. Finally, after having to either pay to return the products that was sent since cancellation was not possible, or pay over $90 for the items, I decided to just pay and keep the product...

Complete scam!!! It's tricky but somehow you sign up for a membership when getting the trial items and then they keep charging you!

I purchased a $24.95 "Buy One, Get One" promotion deal. I did not receive a receipt email or invitation to access an account which was silently created and enrolled me in a monthly subscription. I received the promo items. Three weeks later, I received a charge PRIOR to receiving any additional products. I contacted them via chat. They told me I have a balance of $59.80 despite not receiving anything other than the original promotional items that I ordered. I requested cancelation and a return since they claim there is a 60-day money back guarantee. They offered me more discounts. I demanded access to my account. They provided in invitation, but once logged in, there was no way to cancel any subscriptions or orders. I then demanded canceling everything and starting the return process. They canceled my account, and told me I owe them $59.80. I'm disputing the charges. 100% SCAM!!!

Another SCAM!! This product is straight up garbage, does not work at all and much less is what they promised. THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT! even after canceling or rejecting their order, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

It is a scam. I had already cancelled the account since long time ago, after a terrible experience when I first verified it was a scam. A setup to trap you into a unwanted, unsolicited "membership". To my surprise, I received again their product. When I called to report the unsolicited order, a person, speaking English with so much speech impeachment I could hardly understand, would keep repeating whatever their training commanded. Finally I succeeded cancelling the fake account. So I thought. Minutes after I hang-up with the agent. I received email lamenting my going away and stating I OWED them 59.80!!!! Owed money for what? An account which I never opened?! Please help me! Please make people know their scheme to steal money from public.

I saw this on the news and thought it'd be a good place to buy a sale deal. Turns out it was a subscription with no clear text saying so! It charged me 120 dollars for something I didn't place, so now I have to go through a terrible process of canceling this.
