Deceptive commercial. They show what looks like a large container. But after ordering. I received 2 short bottles. Also, I only wanted to try the product. All of a sudden. 2 weeks later they were sending another order. I never approved a subscription. I automatically called and canceled. Buyer beware. Its not that great of a product. I used it 2 weeks twice a day. Haven't seen much of the results they claim. I wouldn't recommend smile actives to anyone.

Product didn't do much to whiten my teeth. Getting billed $43.00 for the next 3 months (the second order should last 3 months) was a shock. Canceled any future shipments but who pays $43.00 a month for toothpaste. Beware, waste of money...

FRAUDULENT DO NOT GIVE THIS FIRM YOUR CREDIT CARD I ordered one order from Smile Actives to try the product. COST 31.00 on my AMEX card. Less than 30 days later, I saw another charge for 46.00 and called customer service. The finally came on the phone 45 minutes later and advised me that using my credit card to purchase the product you signed up for a subscription:, I looked on the website and in very fine print "When you use your credit card you are authorizing us bill you monthly for our product shipped monthly" Adlib and in very fine print by using my credit card, this authorizes them to charge me monthly! This is nothing short of FRAUD Deceptive practices. The product does not work and I am returning all within the 60 day warranty. They are charging me SHIPPING HANDLING fees, but would not tell me the amount would be. Interesting! I highly recommend staying away from these scammers.

These people are awful. In order to cancel, you need to agree to pay future charges for membership. You can't uncheck the box.

Do not purchase a "trial" tube of SmileActive. You wil be automatically enrolled to receive an unordered tube and it will come with a bill of $75 plus shipping and handling.(Total of $90). The product is not worth the hassel of returning and receiving a refund.

I purchased this product after seeing the product advertised on tv. Apparently their offer includes a membership included in the fine print when you check out. Be aware because they automatically started charging me monthly. I had a tough time cancelling the subscription until I contacted both PayPal and my bank. As far as the product is concerned I am not particularly impressed. One can purchase other OTC products without getting scammed into a membership and they do just as well.

Very deceptive. Auto shipment was cancelled day of order over a month ago and they charged my credit card today. Would not refund it until I receive product in mail that I never asked for. Be very guarded with this deceptive company.

SCAM - no one answers the phone, chat doesn't work and the client portal doesn't work. They sent me another bottle - I DID NOT approve a subscription. I worked with my credit card company to dispute the charges.
