I would not buy this product based on their advertising. Telling people that they don’t want to be like Nana or PopPop tells me everything I need to know about this company. You see I am a Nana and take my teeth care very seriously and don’t appreciate being compared to people that don’t. So if you are a young advertiser that thinks you know everything and don’t care about many of the people that might buy your products, think again or get a little more time and education under your belt before insulting people.

Plain and simple - IT DOES NOT WORK! After 6 weeks, there was absolutely no difference.

Rip off! I called to cancel. Near impossible. After I canceled, a refill crossed in the mail. I had to pay 14.40 for postage to send it back. Warning***keep you tracking receipt! They received my return package Aug. 26, 2025. Still I was charged for August and Sept. They never refunded my acct. I called. Waited 40 minutes on the phone. I needed to provide my return tracking number. They confirmed they received it. Then they tried to refund me, mind you this is after I called over 30 days later, an amount half of what they owed me. I had my charge card bills right in front of me and told them the amount I was charged and expected that amount credited to my account in full. ***This company is a rip off***. I did not notice a difference. Strongly urge baking soda and peroxide instead of this expensive hoax if a product

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a total scam. Charging 3 installments when I ordered the 2 for one fall sale.

Yes! I agreed with what the other reviewers are saying, this company are scammers. I called them to cancel My second order first no email nor a heads up they’re sending my second order. I told Them I’m returning my second and in order to avoid $198 charge 3 monthly payments will return it and they will refund the first payment. First purchase of the product is a catch! Don’t bite it! You’ll be sorry in the end. Scammer subscription is way off. No return labels either. You will return the product at your OWN cost! Plus the product doesn’t work! I don’t know why but don’t see any difference at all. People are sometimes desperate and some People are just have a nerve to make fun of it. Maybe if you have white teeth and wants to Maintain it whiteness not sure. But this is a waste of money!

If I could give no stars I would! I had no clue that this was a subscription based product and it doesn’t even work! I went online and cancelled the subscription after receiving a full size bottle of the gel and new toothbrush heads! I returned the items I received. I just hope they refund me but after seeing other reviews I doubt I ever will! Horrible business practice!

Do NOT subscribe to this product. The prices are deceptive. I cannot cancel without incurring $190.98 in charges. I keep receiving unwanted, very expensive products. I cannot return these products. They will not provide me with an address. They do not honor their advertised 60-day return money back policy. All in all, this is a scam that needs to be reported to the Texas AG Office of Consumer Protection.

An absolute scam… when purchasing that trial product, they sign you up for a subscription you may never have agreed to, read that fine print… The product doesn’t work, I have better results with crest toothpaste that costs $12 a tube.
