I never subscribed to on going deliveries and they keep billing me for something I didn’t subscribe to. I called and thought I had it taken care of it but I’m still getting bills so I will call again tomorrow and after that I’m done!

I wish I could leave a negative number for these scumbags. It’s a total financial scam and the product doesn’t work. So, you get stuck from both ends. I’ll tell everyone I find about this scam.

Im am offended by the comment made about “ old Nana or Papa” since I am a proud grandma who doesn’t like the insinuation that we are old and dingy without your product!!! Shame on you…

I ordered a trial sample of smile actives & did not think about it signing me up for auto shipment also. It does not take long for the next one come. I had tried the product for about 6 weeks without a significant brightening of my teeth. I called customer service and after a short wait I got a live person who was an exceptional customer service rep. (I wish I had remembered her name)I told her that I wanted to cancel the autoshipment & return the one that had come. She walked me thru the return process & we received the refund on our next credit card bill. I had seen the commercial for a long time and thought I would give it a try since it seemed to have a good return policy. I kept the original trial bottle have used it now for over 8 weeks now but without much difference. But, as in all products, they don't work for everyone the same. After my no hassle return, I would tell you to try it to see if it works for you. Their customer service made the trial process easy for me.

SCAM!!!! Only wanted to try it see if it works. Didn’t sign up for a membership but for some reason I was signed up and my credit card statement it is a recurring transaction and that they’re gonna send me a package every 3 months?! Difficult to get hold of customer service. I don’t even have an account so I can’t manage my membership and cancel it if I want to because I didn’t sign up for it! Also the email receipt I got from them has this at the very end: I understand and agree that approximately one month after my first order is shipped, and then approximately every three months thereafter, I will automatically receive a full size supply of Smileactives® Pro Whitening Gel, 3 Advanced Whitening Pens and 3 Replacement Brush heads and will be charged 3 monthly payments of $54.95, plus $3.99 shipping and handling charges and applicable sales tax, for each shipment until I cancel. I can choose to easily manage my kit or cancel by visiting smileactives or by calling (800) 207-8952.

Absolute criminals. I have cancelled this several times and they keep billing me at sending more product. It doesn’t even work.

It is a scam,they subscribe me without my consent,no response for mail or live chat,I called my bank to stop paying them.

This company is shady! I tried several times to cancel an order, and they billed me anyway. I had to place a stop payment. They refused to refund me, or cancel. Do NOT do business with these people. They are a scam.
