Corrupt business. Bought an order buy one get one free - did not sign up for a subscription. They proceeded to bill my credit card monthly. I cancelled my account online and despite that they said I owed them three more months at $29.44 a month. Took an hour of my time today to call and complain and clear my account. Do no order from them!!!! It is a scam.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! They will take more money than you agree to. And DOES NOT WORK! I ordered the 2 gel whitening deal, what I believed was a 1 time purchase. Yesterday another box showed up and I check my bank account and they had hit my account again plus another $10. Following the trail I tried to call them. Sat on hold for over 30mins, TWICE. On hold said I can cancel or make changes to my account online, I don't remember making a password/creating an account, so while I was on hold I attempted to log, nope. Tried a password reset NEVER Came. Tried calling again this morning, no open yet and no password reset came over night. Sh!ts and giggles I registered, created a password and got in. And there it was this 4 installment payment plan I certainly did not knowingly subscribe for. I clicked cancel subscription. It said my subscription has been successfully canceled BUT my payments will CONTINUE but they will not ship any more product... you kidding me. Keep in mind when I purchased back in Sept, I believe it trigger fraud as some Tried to purchase hundreds of dollars GoGo event tickets, canceled my card got a new one and they somehow STILL charged my card a month later!! I got on the phone with my bank explained the situation, told them I would eat the October charge for my stupidity in not researching the company first, which I would have seen they are scammers, and so I don't have to worry about returning the 2nd box. But I want to stop them from taking my money again next month and they put a stop payment. So hopefully this is over, and I shouldn't see a charge in November. And to clarify been using it for a month and it does not whiten your teeth at all that I or my partner has noticed 🙄

SCAM!! You will be enrolled into a membership that they don't tell you about! We have a bill here for $93 because they sent us product when we called and cancelled after they sent another shipment and we were billed. So we called again and they stated oh sorry already shipped out...you have to pay to ship it back...hell no...we cancelled! But we keep receiving this flipping bill! Don't do it!!

I used it only once and it burned my gums. So I feel the recovery didn’t even make a slight difference. My gums feel like they receded. I have Parkingsons and am very exhausted. I don’t even have the energy to Sue your scam of a company.

I ordered using their deal of buy 1 get 1 free and was charged as advertised. Then 30 days later I was charged additional money. I complained to customer service and found out that in addition to this unauthorized charge, I had three months worth of charges still owing. I cancelled everything and mailed the two I originally received back to them. SCAM Stay clear.

This company is a scam. Hidden subscription and they send you 3 more month’s after the buy 1 get 1 special. Will charge my card 3 more times! Will not cancel my subscription when i called them! RIDICULOUS!

What a rip off they charged 3 payments for a small shipment DO NOT BUY NOT GOOD RESULTS
