I don’t like the ad, Nana and Pop Pop probably have teeth just as white as anyone else. My husband and I are 84 yrs old and our teeth look just fine!

I’ve never used your product or any whitening product. I have seen your ad on TV and find it very offensive. Your comparison to Nana and Pop and their “yellowing teeth” wreaks of ageism! Do better!!

This company charges more than agreed to and puts you on auto ship without consent. It also does not work.

Beware – Unauthorized Charges and Misleading Practices I’m extremely disappointed with Smile Actives. I ordered one whitening product online, but soon after, they began charging my credit card without my authorization. I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment plan. When I contacted customer service, it was nearly impossible to get a clear answer or refund. They use deceptive marketing tactics, making it seem like you’re placing a one-time order, only to later find hidden terms buried in fine print. No company should charge customers without explicit consent or make it difficult to cancel. I feel scammed and would strongly advise others to stay away from Smile Actives and read every line before entering your payment information. If you’ve experienced the same issue, I recommend disputing the charges with your bank immediately.

Few months ago i punched just one time only. Andthan after few months , They have automatically placed an order using my account information for a product I didn’t order, and withdrew money from my account. This is fraud. I waited 30 minutes to get connected with customer service. They told me that when you buy this product, a membership is automatically created, and even if the customer doesn’t want it, they are forced into automatic lifetime purchases. So never buy from them. Refunds or cancellations are nearly impossible. They seem like very deceitful scam sellers.

Just like the other reviews. They know full well they are scamming people. I got mine off Instagram but what Smile Aactives doesn't disclose is that the payments are INSTALLMENTS NOT 1 TIME PAYMENT! I was even billed twice this month. And they want another approx 60 dollars. DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

I called SmileActives company’s staff and canceled any purchase of tooth whitening cream from SmileActives company in Sept. 2025 and clearly stated that SmileActives company is not allowed to automatically withdraw money from my credit card via PayPal. However, SmileActives continues to persistently send the product and automatically deduct money from my credit card. This action is unacceptable. SmileActives is doing dishonest business practices. I don't even want to give them a Star.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They offer an attractive introductory shipment of 2 containers of their tooth whitening product for around $20. But then you are enrolled in automatic shipments and payments with no chance of getting a refund. This is the worst example of not honoring a refund policy I've ever experienced. IF you do fall for it, keep your return tracking number. But the product doesn't work, so save yourself the headache and just don't order it
