SmarphonesPlus provided a fair quote. They moved fast to process the trade in, and provided the same quote they said. Process was very easy to select which gift card I wanted, and I was able to get the card in minutes and able to use. Would use again.

This was the easiest and most straight forward company to sell a phone with! Fantastic communication from start to finish and I was even contacted before they sent the check, that they were giving me more than originally quoted because it was unlocked and I didn't even know that. I was very impressed with that gesture and honesty on their behalf! First time I sold a phone online and looked at a few places but the reviews for this company spoke for itself.

both of my phones were denied for not being unlocked which is strange because they definitely were. what a waste of time. E - to my surprise the check for one phone actually came along with the one they didn't want. Never had this problem before with this company but at least we met each other half way

I was using another app to try to sell my iPad Pro. I was getting plenty of traffic, but no offers and of course no sale. The other app introduced me to Smartphones and they made an immediate offer that I was very pleased with. Communication was superior because I was having trouble erasing my phone and then the USPS lost my iPad within their system. Once received, the iPad checked out and they honored their initial offer. They even offered me a rapid-pay option and the fee for the service was very small. I filled out the online form, submitted it and the money was in my bank account before I could open my banking app. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would use them again and I recommend them to my family and friends.
