Tried to trade in my 2020 iPad Pro in pretty excellent condition (screen is perfect; everything works perfectly). The only negative was a very, very slight bend on the top of the iPad frame, but it had no impact on the screen or functionality. Should have gotten $130 minimum, but they only offered me $58. I got it back (thank goodness).

both of my phones were denied for not being unlocked which is strange because they definitely were. what a waste of time. E - to my surprise the check for one phone actually came along with the one they didn't want. Never had this problem before with this company but at least we met each other half way

I like that you get this service. I read a few of your reviews so I decided on you. The initial steps were fast and easy, ie, printing out shipping label and instructions. The payment process however is way slower than expected. They over an instant payment. But of course, extra charge.

They pulled the bait and switch. I should have made them return it to me. The 4 year old phone that was always in a case with a screen protector, had minor scratches on it, as should be expected for a used phone. But that appears to not be considered excellent condition.

Overall not the worst experience. I didn’t get the estimate that was originally quoted to me but they didn’t steal my phone and I actually got a payment for it. So it was a bit of a win.
