Price for used device excellent. Product verification was fast. Would have given five stars but payment seemed a little slow.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're glad you were happy with the price and that the verification process was quick. Bank transfers typically take 3 to 4 business days to deposit once the payment is sent, so we appreciate your patience with the timing. Thanks again for choosing us!

They are easy to work with and provide a fair market price for the device, the only change they need to make to make it a 5 star review would be use a better shipping company to ship the device to them.

Fast, convenient, promised $13 for IPhone 8. That’s what they paid. Sent money to PayPal. Didn’t say anything about Transaction fee. It was .39 cents. Also they kept bugging me to send it. It was a holiday so package had delayed scanning by P.O.

We're glad to hear the process was fast and convenient. The PayPal processing fee is disclosed at checkout when PayPal is selected, just above the email entry field. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future customers. Thank you for choosing our services!

The process of selling my iPad and peripherals went well. Other companies don't require the fees to use PayPal. Having to pay the PayPal fees to receive money is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to sell with us. We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. We understand your concern regarding PayPal fees and appreciate you sharing your perspective. Your feedback helps us continue evaluating our payout options.
