I took advantage of a great sample pack deal to try Smalls. The deal included a free lifetime pack of treats with each order and a 20% discount on future orders. I hoped to supplement my cats' normal canned diet with this higher quality food. I had plenty of time - nine days - for my cats to try the sample packs prior to the first order ship date. I was able to adjust the order frequency and size in my online Smalls account, but be prepared - if you order enough to get free shipping you'll need plenty of freezer space. The sample pack was well packaged, arrived on time, and the contents were in perfect condition thanks to dry ice. I'm very glad Smalls offers sample packs to try though. One of my four cats LOVED Smalls in every flavor. But my other three cats wouldn't eat any flavor of Smalls, not for the five days I tried them on it. In my experience, if they refuse a food, nothing can induce them to eat it. I didn't try to feed them Smalls exclusively like the company recommends - only for the evening meal, because I can't switch to Smalls exclusively due to cost. Four cats eat a lot of food! Also, for me to order Smalls in quantity ALL FOUR of my cats must be enthused about it and that didn't happen. It was easy to cancel my order online. I was disappointed that the food didn't work out, but happy that I could finally try the product - I'd been curious about Smalls for a while. If I find Smalls in a store I'll buy some for Luna (the cat who loved it), and I'd buy the treats too - those were a hit with all four cats. I recommend Smalls because by all reports, the food is high quality, it's easy to handle orders online, and the company was responsive and easy to deal with. By all means try your cats on a sample pack - maybe they'll love it like Luna did.

The order came quick and the instructions were clear. My cat Loved all of the food except he didn't care for the fish too much.

Love the different flavors, the broths and the free snacks. It can be pricy however; my cat loves it! I like that they offer different textures as well. Great that it is human grade formula without all the additives of other brand cat food.

Like many people my Maine Coons are family members and I'm always seeking out healthy food without paying an exorbitant amount of money. I came across smalls and it seemed great. I placed an order for a sample pack using their first timers discount code and after confirming the one time purchase I received a notification that a login account was created and I would be charged 138$ every 3 weeks. I tried to log into my account to cancel this but was not given login information or instructions on accessing my account. I became frustrated at this point because I didn't agree to any of that. I reached out to smalls and in a day or two they sent me the login information and said to hit forgot password to make one. 16 days later not 3 weeks later I received a charge for 138$. Mind you I never signed up for a subscription nor agreed to allow them to decide what I was going to buy each month. All of this is super scammy. You don't just take people's credit cards and say you're going to go shopping for them and make it a process to stop you from doing so. I ended up reporting the card stolen and had to change all of my autopayments for everything so I will never be using Smalls again.

I’ve been feeding my cats Smalls for a few years now and I haven’t had any real issues within that time. I had maybe 2 times where there was a mix up but it wasn’t the end of the world and the customer service has been quick to respond and resolve any issues when I’ve reached out. I have one 8yo tuxedo female and a 5yo Nebulung male who exclusively eat smalls. It’s easy to go in and make any changes either to how many packets I want, snacks, broth, etc. I do have one 4yo domestic longhair male who had developed uterine crystals so he’s on a special dietary food to manage that but I mix in some smalls for him since he like it as well. Overall I have no bad things to say and this is the best cat food I’ve found over the years but it has caused my cats to be even more demanding when it’s meal time lol

Terrible customer service!! Beware this is a subscription service only and they make it impossible to cancel the subscription. I emailed them before the deadline to cancel, well before the product was shipped, and they told me that I was somehow talking to a robot, even though I emailed their customer service address from their website! I also tried to cancel on their website and conveniently could not lift in, despite several attempts. Plus, I can’t get my cat to eat the food. This was a royal waste of time and money!!!

I’m very pleased with Smalls. The product quality is excellent, the pricing is fair, and their customer service has been consistently great. Most importantly, my cats absolutely love the food. Highly recommend.

The smalls food is excellent, my cat will eat it, which is a great thing! And the customer service is the best! If you want an easy, and excellent food for your cats, this is it!
