Fresh food and high quality, and my older cats love it!

This is the best wet cat food I could find on the market. Sadly, my cat passed away due to a respiratory condition before she even finished her four-week supply. I had to cancel my subscription, and Smalls had already charged me for the next delivery, but they processed the refund quickly. When I told them the reason for the cancellation, they didn’t just issue a refund, they also sent me a photo of my cat in a very elegant frame to honor her. I’m truly grateful to Smalls for their kindness and compassion during such a difficult time.

I saw a Smalls ad and decided to try it for my babies. When you place an order, they give you the option to choose a “sampler,” which comes with 50% off, and I was very pleased with that. One of my cats didn’t like the food, but the other one did. One day, I checked my bank account and noticed I was randomly charged $134 by Smalls. Money I never agreed to pay. I emailed them, and they said they usually send emails about a “subscription” and that it was probably in my spam folder. I requested a refund, but they said the food had already been sent and they could not provide one per their "return policy". The order appears as being processed on the website and not shipped yet. My bank is now involved. Please be careful when buying from companies like this.

Tried this with a discount code from Ryan Hall (YouTube weather guy). Cat liked it and transition was easy but it doesn't fit the budget.

I have never dealt with such dishonest people in my life. I did a sample to see if my cats would like the food and they did not. I was notified on 1/26/2026 that I was getting another order which I did not do a subscription. I notified them on the 26th and continued communicating with them on the 27th of Jan. They told me they sent me an email which I did not receive and they billed me on the 23rd of Jan for a subscription that I did not order or want. The bad thing is I ordered the Sample and received it. This time they sent me a larger order that I was not aware of for a total of $138 +. They would like work with me and told me to do what I had to since they would not refund or work with me. The last step I have taken today, besides sending this review was to ask for an email showing that I have asked them to cancel whatever subscription they put me on. Nothing yet.
