My cat doesn’t like it. I don’t know what to do since I’ve got so much of it in my freezer. I’m hoping he’ll gradually grow to like it. After writing this, I checked his dish- he ate it all but he really crabbed about it. I guess he’ll grow to like it after all. He’s just spoiled. lol

My kitty wasn’t eating well before I found Smalls. She’s 17 and very picky. She loves the Fresh Food for Cats. Such a great variety. She’s now gaining back her healthy weight. The Freeze Dried Food is great, too. And of course the Bird nip is a real winner!

My cat would not eat Smalls no matter how many different ways we tried. Smalls customer service was great and understanding and helped me cancel the subscription.

Though my cat did not eat this food, I had a wonderful experience with the company and it's customer service reps. The food is high quality, I just have the pickiest cat on the planet. It was easy to cancel my subscription and the customer service team followed up to fully understand why I needed to cancel and made sure I could come back at any time if things changed. They provided tips on how to encourage the food change and it felt like they truly cared any my cat, my experience, and their product. I would highly recommend trying them out.

I was really excited about trying Smalls with my cat. Unfortunately, it’s been all hype and no substance. First, I’m not a fan of any store that automatically signs me up for a subscription without any notice - that kind of aggressive tactic sends the message of ripping off the customer rather than forming a partnership. Second, I’ll admit, my cat is a picky eater, but even with the most patient coaxing, we could only get her to try eating the tiniest bit of it. We tried both of the flavors that came in our sample pack and she clearly hated both of them. Third, and most importantly, even though she only ate a small portion of this food, it caused her to be sick a few hours after eating and to be badly lethargic and clearly uncomfortable all day long the next day. Any food that’s going to make my kitty sick is just not okay by me. In summary: 1 star - would very highly recommend looking elsewhere for your cat food.

Great company. My cat just can only tolerate very small amounts at a time so it wasn’t a good fit!
