I ordered a trial for my three cats. They did not Like the food and I tried all of their recommended suggestions. I am not upset because they did not like the food. I am upset because I got notice they are sending me a gazillion more packets that I do not want or need. I thought I had nothing to lose with a 30 day refund period but I had no idea they were going to send me 40 more packets 2 weeks in to that 30 days at $100+. Had my cats liked the food, I wouldn’t even of had time to change the types I ordered. Be aware and stay mindful that Smalls will move fast to charge you before you have the opportunity to cancel.

I can tell this food is way better quality than the grocery store food. Even if it sits out for hours, it doesn't smell like death warmed over, the way store bought does. They let you adjust or pause your subscription. Just make sure you do so before your subscription ships. I don't want the food you received and didn't want, would you want someone else's return? I originally bought this when my first of two senior cats started having digestive issues. They seemed to like it, and then stopped. Turns out they both had gastro cancer and passed away and wouldn't eat any food. I now have two tiny kittens eating the frozen packets from 9 months ago I bought for my old boys. The kittens love it and have completely stopped eating the kitten kibble the mom-owner weaned them to. I wish I had found this food years ago, maybe my 1st two babies would have lived longer.

Smalls is not just a supplier of the healthiest food I've found for my fur babies, but had agile options as well as helps me manage shipments conveniently. They are kind in every aspect dealing with complications and inconvenience that occur in life.

I have been through years of vet visits and trying food to help my cat with diarrhea and loose stool. After just a few days I saw improvement and by weeks end things were totally normal.

My cat found the food to be inedible, and when I tried to cancel the subscription, they said the food had already been sent and could not be refunded. Now I'm stuck with $112 of food my cat won't eat. Customer service was unhelpful to the point of being obnoxious. I would not recommend ordering food here. the food is expensive, they know many cats will not eat it, and they will not help you in the event of any mistake.

my seven cats are former strays rescued from various life situations. none are picky. they all live harmoniously is a shed I purchased and my son in law constructed an outside playyard. they do not have heat or air conditioning. i use heat lamps in an enclosure my son in law constructed inside the shed building. they LOVE the smalls wet food I ordered. i am very satisfied.
