Website needs improvement when it comes to customer default choice. it is much too basic and had to email for customer service. In addition to that my ordering got screwed up and ended up with missing items and extra items that I didn't ask for.

I was having trouble getting my order but it was taken care of quickly. I was happy with the concierge. My Essie is still adapting. Liked the cow but not the other bird or the kibble.

I’m glad I’ve found Smalls and I’m sure my cats are too. We have received great customer service from the start. I was a little skeptical initially because I have two finicky boys but they liked the meals from day one. What a piece of mind knowing they are getting healthy meals and enjoying them too!

Customer service is wonderful, all the info about transitioned to the new food was amazing, the ingredients are something that is so simple yet so difficult to find for cats! Shipping is fast, the environmental consciousness is amazing, I just cannot say enough good things about Smalls! The vet recent commented on how beautiful my cats coat is and both cats energy levels have increased and cat box is less stinky, all the things that Smalls said would happened have happened!! Thank you!!!

Our cat Stenley goes crazy with the guttural growls for smalls! He loves all the bird pâté’s and freeze dried pellets. He wasn’t fond of the beef or fish or of the chunkier food. (He’s 4 months old for reference) We love the eco packaging that smalls is delivered in too. Our son has a fun time dissolving it in the bathtub!

I am always open to trying products that are healthier and more natural. I have tried Smalls twice now and I am still not convinced that it's the plan for me and my little fury one. The packaging is inconveniently difficult. As much as this plan costs I would expect the food to be delivered in reusable containers or something more sustainable instead of plastic that you basically have to saw through to open! I then have to remove all the contents and place them in my own container which normally I wouldn't mind so much except for the fact that portion control is a bit more difficult. Plus the packages don't have recommended "consume by" dates on them (or at least a time frame). It's just all too much for me right now.

Both our cats have been raised on mostly store bought kibble for three years. One of our cats was overweight which is why we looked for more healthy natural food. Both cats love the freeze dried raw (as much as treats) and kibble but only one likes the fresh. The one that doesn’t has never liked chicken or tuna so it doesn’t surprise me because the fresh Smalls food smells just like human food. We are very happy with the custom ordering process, delivery and packaging.
