Some of thier recipies are good, my cat eats them even though she is fussy. However thier business practices are deceptive. Once you sign up, they will not notify you of a new package or include shipping on thier estimates. They have been sending me packages outside my standard schedule which has been filling my freezer with food, some recipies that my cat doesnt like. Thier cutomers service cant be reach over the phone and arent helpful at all. Avoid unless your cat doesnt like the other fresh brands.

Terrible company. They shove their nose into your business. If you do not answer their questions they will not sell you cat food. My cat had a sample bag from my neighbor and loved it. Now I must forfeit my freedom if I want cat food. This is pure communism. No thank you. Keep your food. You should be ashamed of yourselves for having such control issues.

I wish there was a comprehensive info page on the site that showed every product, with a description and a photo of the packaging, and its price. I have Smalls sent to my family's cat, and so when I call them to find out what kitty is enjoying/not enjoying, it's difficult to figure what items they're talking about so that I can match it up in Smalls and reorder. In short, provide more transparency of offerings.

My cat used to be an outdoor and inside cat, Since keeping him now just inside I could tell he missed it lots, and this food has helped him cope with not going back outside ever again. He absolutely loves eating it, and gets just as excited as a cat getting treats. His color on his nose and mouth has improved and looks healthier. You can tell he is getting more water in his diet as well.
