SmallsReviews of smalls.com

I like the size of the packages. My kitty eats it all up! She does not like the fish and not sure why as I know she likes fish. I meant would not touch it. I think she would rather have salmon as a choice for fish. Everything else she loves. I didn't get the liquid gold in the first package and was not available in the 2nd. Wondering if I could get a credit for that. Thank you.

Really bad service. Representative is so focused on trying to convince me I am wrong and change my mind rather then fix the issue. I can't even unfreeze the food before another full package is sent to me... MANY cats take a while to adjust to new food and need some time to work with them. Delivery was supposed to be every 4 weeks and not 4 days...

My kitties LOVE Smalls! They are voracious for it - it’s helped their digestion and (as 3 month old kitties) their eyes are bright, their coat super soft and their energy is off the charts! The customer service is superior! 10+ stars!

I love smalls! When I first cut opened the food, the look, color and smell is genuine meat and not the sloppy, artificial coloring and flavors of even some good canned food brands. My little kitten scarfed it down and has been loving it ever since.

With all the food delivered to me, my cat is not eating anything. Not sure what to do with all this food now?

Cats will not eats this. Even try to cover it up.

My cat absolutely loves her meals now. she seems so much more active and alert. Love the broth and giblets. Thanks for the great meals.

My cat really enjoys their food. Coat is nice and shiny, very healthy. I use the two types of fish they have (regular and smooth) because my cat is allergic to poultry. I swear she is the happiest cat in the world when I take the food out of the microwave. The only thing I wish they could work on is portioning (The calories guides on the packaging never matches up) and dry food. My vet recommends my cat still eat some dry food for tooth health but Smalls only offers wet fish food. Luckily Kirkland Signature has a great dry fish food. I realize their fish line is still new so my fingers are crossed that a dry fish food is in the future.
