DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I did the trial for my pets. The next month they took almost $300 out of my account. There is NO way to cancel on the website. Didn’t even know I was going to be charged FOUR OF EVERY kind of cat food available. They took the rest of my grocery money at the end of the month, I had to cancel my debit card which screwed up my automatic bills because there is NO PHONE NUMBER to talk to anyone. You have to email or txt. Ridiculous!!!!!!

They do not allow you to cancel on the website. I adjusted the order on the website to be nothing and removed my credit card information yet I was still charged and they sent a new order.
As for their food, my cat refuses to eat it and would rather go hungry than eat their food

Hi Azzam, so sorry for any stress or confusion here! While it's true that we do not currently have an option to cancel through your account portal, it's still easy to cancel your account and avoid unwanted charges by reaching out to your Cat Concierge. There are instructions for this in both our Terms of Service and our FAQ.
We also note in our FAQ that zeroing out your cart/removing payment represent "incomplete" changes and cannot be saved by our system. We send 2 emails after you take these actions on your account to warn you that a charge will still be processed, and it looks like you received those emails on Monday and Tuesday of this week! I am sorry that they weren't more clear. That said, we should still be able to cancel this order for you today-- a member of our team will be reaching out shortly!

Decided to give their sample box a try
Decided to give their sample box a try. It came with dry ice, and 4 out of 5 of my packages of food were cracked open. So I contacted customer service and she said, oh the dry ice cracks the plastic, it's totally fine to give to your cats. So I did. Two of them just wouldnt touch it. Two of them did, and then ended up puking everywhere. I emailed to say I wanted a refund and Alex told me I have to wait 2 weeks and try all the food before they would issue a refund. No way! So unhappy with this company. And you can't even call them, only text or email.

Small company that didn't manage growth properly, it's bad now. Really bad.
When I first ordered from this company it was pretty good; they would occasionally send replacements but mostly got it right and my cats seemed to be OK with their frozen options. They devour those liver treats... but this is a great example of a company not being able to scale to their growth. (Maybe Sharktank can help lol) They made a bunch of changes and then made a bunch more. You just can't do that with cats. My cats stopped eating certain SKUs and my orders became more restrictive and they were never right. They usually refunded the incorrect items if I contacted them, however, and the truth is that, when they eat it, my cats are doing very well on this diet. Then the pandemic hit, and they made MORE changes and the quality wasn't just inconsistent from shipping, the quality of the grind was flat out dangerous with pieces of bones and the packaging was awful! My cats started refusing to eat almost everything. As they are a small company, I tried to be understanding. They went back and forth on quality, seemingly from two different providers/co-packers, and my cats flat out will not eat from one, and I don't blame them. Last month, after eight straight months of problem deliveries, my order was correct. It was a miracle! Then this month they totally screwed up my order, packaging was terrible and I was looking at a freezer already full of crap food my cats won't eat, in hideous vacuum sealed bags that won't stack and are terribly cumbersome, and I realized there's incompetence and then there's apathy. And after a year of this, they've made me apathetic to their cause. They refunded me the incorrectly sent items, refunded one sliced open unit (fish that leaked all over my fridge, thanks for that guys!) And two turkeys that were also sliced open and I will not serve. If it's human grade, would you eat a frozen pizza that was in an open bag when you opened the sealed box? Neither would I, and I won't feed it to my cats, mostly because I know they won't eat it!
The thing is, I told them if they could give me one, just one, reason why I shouldn't cancel I won't but if they can't, they should cancel my account. I received a reply that they were happy to cancel my account, and I think that speaks for itself louder than anything I can say.
Edit: I saw a lot of people complain about the chubs, which I disliked at first but loved eventually. Trick is to cut one clamped side with scissors just below the pinched end and it should unwrap easily from there, then store it in another container (do they still send out the yellow-lidded bar ones?) I usually do this after it's thawed, and they do thaw faster than the bars they used to do, and the mess of an excuse for whatever they send now that is in the old bar packaging. Note this trick doesn't work with chicken in a chub, as it's ALWAYS gonna squirt out all over the place. Cheers!

A complete joke of a business
A complete joke of a business. My cat does love the food and she does seem healthier when eating it, but when the company can’t send what I ordered without month-long gaps...what’s the point?
I can’t create an account. I get shipping emails for orders that never send week after week after week.
Contacting a “concierge” to confirm a shipment and an order might get my card charged and a box sent, but the items in the box aren’t at all what I ordered.
Ordered 6 of one type and 6 of another and I got a random sampler of 12 items, 10 of which my cat won’t eat.
Stay far, far away because setting up a functional retail website in 2021 is way too manageable with companies like Squarespace and they refuse to do it.

Good luck with this kind of service
Wish this was a better company because my cats enjoyed the food, but this service is NOT worth the headache. I had a subscription from September 2020 to now, and there were constant mistakes, delays, etc. I received warm/leaky packages a couple of times. Color/smell was not consistent. Website is gimmicky and difficult to navigate. At one point when I asked to add a product to my order they created a second recurring order linked to my account, which I could not access or cancel without waiting hours/days for their ‘concierge’ to get back to me. The straw on the camel’s back was when I attempted to change my address as I had moved, and they delivered it to my old address anyways, and charged me for the $200 box while having the gall to ask if I wanted to place another order. And of course, the minute I said I wanted to cancel my subscription (which you can’t do on the website)— radio silence. I don’t know what I expected from a company that communicates exclusively through text.

Attempted to order the sample product
Attempted to order the sample product, got double charged and attempted to email and call customer service. Email doesn't exist and they send you straight to voicemail when you call saying "We don't currently offer phone service" Convenient for them to be able to avoid their customers. Highly recommend taking your money somewhere else to a real business.

Great product (usually), inconsistent service
Great product (usually), inconsistent service.
I have been feeding this food to my cats for almost a year now, and most of the time, it's the only food that doesn't make my 2 sensitive cats sick. However they seem to have an inconsistent recipe (for their ground turkey recipe at least- lots of variation in the color and smell from time to time, and my cats can tell and won't eat it when it's sometimes greyish), and they are occasionally out of their Turkey recipe. This may not be an issue for some, but for my cats, the Turkey recipe alone is the only food that I've found for them that doesn't make them hurl, so them sending me a chicken recipe as a replacement one month meant that my cats felt sick that month while I scrambled around to high end pet stores trying to find something good enough to hold them over.
Additionally, this month, my food arrived 8 days after the initial shipping date completely warm (WARM warm, warmer than room temp in my house) and smelling awful. I realize this shipping delay may have been out of their control. They have just notified me that a replacement order will ship next week, but my cats have been out of food for a few days so I've been feeding them another food (the next best I can find) and they are barfing again.
Customer service has always been very responsive and helpful when I come to them with my issues, but it doesn't make up for all the time I have had to wait around for them to deliver what I'm paying for (and it isn't cheap). I think I'm currently back on the hunt for a fresh/raw cat food that works for my sensitive cats, because Smalls has been too inconsistent to be worth the price. I just want my cats to be healthy.
