Smalls has a wonderful customer service team! They are quick to respond, real human people (not automated bots), thorough, and efficient. I had a great experience with David today. He exceeded expectations, remaining friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend Smalls due to their mission and their people!

The Smalls team was absolutely wonderful and worked with me when we had to pause our subscription due to an illness (not caused by the food). I texted and explained the situation and they got back to me within a couple hours, refunded me for the current month and truly seemed concerned about Phoebe. Great company to deal with.

I strongly recommend that you analyze critically a lot of these positive reviews, as they appear fake. They have an unethical and deceptive business practice in that they neglect to mention, except in small print on the final page as I have come to realize, that they operate on a mandatory, no opt-out recurring payment model. The sample was $36, and I was surprised to find a $250 bill the next month. There is NO way on their website to cancel a subscription or remove a billing method. Unfortunately what seemed initially to be a small company selling a unique product is tainted by a deceptive business model that attempts to angle-shoot money out of your wallet. I would not recommend using this company as you may be surprised by an unexpected bill.

In our most recent order, we discovered we were missing some items from our order so I reached out to smalls via email and they were AMAZING!! They responded within minutes, were very understanding and got an order started right away to send us our missing items by next week. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service smalls provided!! Our family, and especially our kitties, are very grateful for the hard work and compassionate care they bring to their customers in addition to their fast communication and great shipping time (and can’t forget the great food!!). My family looks forward to continuing our relationship with smalls. Thank you guys!!! You rock!!! :)

First, my cats are nuts I mean NUTS for this stuff. Skeptical of each new flavor at first but after one meal of each thing they won't really touch anything else. Plus, they dont beg from me like they use to. I've tried a lot of limited ingredient cat foods. When I 1st started smalls it was a little bit confusing but whenever I got in contact with the customer support they were always extremely kind, helpful, and friendly and did everything for me. Now that they have their website up and running it's so easy to use and to change your orders or try to get them sooner whenever you need.

This is a rare review for me (so please bear with me 😀). I have always been a fan of the raw cat food plan, and wanted that for my Yoshi. Yoshi is a Hylander Lynx who’s main diet is raw meat. After taking a lot of time doing my research, I came across Smalls company. My main concern was if my kitten would truly love this cat food. After following the recommendation of transferring my kitten’s regular food to Smalls, she was hooked. After a week, Yoshi’s fur was so so soft, her poo does not have any odor (in fact, I had to keep checking her litter box to see if Yoshi was using it 😂), and her energy is off the charts—I love it 🥰! The concierge service are like my genie 🧞‍♂️ in a bottle. Yoshi wasn’t a fan of the fish 🐟 food, and after contacting the concierge about that, the orders have been better. The concierge totally understood that Yoshi can be finicky, and have been going above and beyond to make sure not only the my kitten gets every satisfaction, but me, Yoshi’s fur mommy. Smalls is a young company, that will change a lot of people’s perceptions of what quality cat/ kitten food should do for your fur babies. Thank you Smalls 🙏🏽🥰😺

I love Smalls- they have been so helpful in dealing with my cats needs. I've lost two of my old kitties and still have one more. I feel good that I gave them the best food for their health and age. I highly recommend them 👌

Edit: They were able to cancel my order, but still, be very careful when ordering from Smalls. After getting started with a Starter kit, they automatically shipped me SO MUCH FOOD with NO apparent way to cancel my order online. The product itself meets expectations, but it really sucks that I can't cancel my subscription, because it's so expensive. Also, it takes up so much freezer space. I don't even know if I'll be able to fit all this food that I didn't ask for into my freezer. So disappointed. Stay away.
