The Smalls team has been wonderful! Extremely responsive and helpful. You can tell they acre about their customers experience. Their food was amazing for our Savannah cat. He had non stop diarrhea until I started giving him Smalls. Completely fixed his tummy... Highly recommend!

Past a year now and, for the most part, I've been pretty satisfied with the product. There have been a few glitches as the company got going. Their website has some definite problems with reliable response (it's cute, but doesn't always respond when I click on things.) Customer service is, however, ALWAYS VERY responsive. I've been disappointed in the quality of packaging. The company has experienced growing pains, so I've been waiting for them to work those out. At first, packaging was elegant and very easy to use. Then it was clunky, while they tried making the bricks, but did not result in brick form and became difficult to open. Then they tried tubes, which worked well I thought. But the last few months, I've gotten the poorly formed bricks again that are almost impossible to open and very difficult to portion out. Initially I thought, well that's not a big deal. But the product itself seems to have more ice crystals in it as well and is not quite as smooth as the cat would like it. So I find myself looking back at canned cat food and wondering if it's an adequate choice. I do have need to portion my cat's food pretty stringently, since he's a tubby fellow. Overall I would prefer to use Smalls food; it seems more palatable and safe for the cat, without preservatives. I really like the size of the kibble. Most kibble is large pieces, but these pieces are quite small, which my (very large) cat prefers. Go figure. He gets a little kibble and a little of the frozen every day, which he prefers made very fresh (he was a feral until he was two). There are plenty of nutrients for him. I've been calculating the cost and, for the amount I feed him, it appears to be about equal to the cost of high-quality canned food. So I'll likely stay with Smalls. I do wish they'd get the packaging issue fixed, though.

Great company! Although my picky eater wasn't sold, I could see the food was excellent quality and fairly priced. I had to cancel due to my cat, Keanu's noncooperation with the new food. They could not have been nicer. It was easy, efficient, and pleasant. That's hard to find nowadays. I continue to try to expand my Keanu's diet form commercial canned food to a natural, healthier option. I am grateful for honest companies like Smalls that seem to really love cats! I imagine we will be back in the future. Best Wishes

I love this brand and I think this is such an innovative way to get food for my cat! Unfortunately, my cat is very picky and loved Smalls for the first couple of days, but after awhile got bored of it. I did cancel my subscription, and the Cat Concierge were so nice, understanding, and helpful!

Smalls is hands down the best customer experience team I've ever come across. Consistently. For the past few years I've been a loyal customer. And it is why I remain one. Bonus is that my cats absolutely love Smalls food.

Started with the sampler and at first it was looking like our three cats were not interested. Then came the ground cow and our cat who has gotten so skinny and ratty over that last couple of years started putting on weight! His fur even got shinier and less matty. No scarf and barf either. This is so worth it for our cats.

Absolutely awful. Not only did my cat not enjoy it, but they have continued to try and charge me $130 dollars after allegedly manually stopping my subscription AND refunding me what they charged me for. If you like being charged up the wa-zoo and don't mind poor customer service, then this is perfect for you. If you like having control over your subscriptions and being able to COMPLETELY cancel them whenever you like DO NOT TRY SMALLS.
