The food is great--my cat absolutely loves it. Her coat is much softer now.

I have an 13 year old cat and I'm having a hard time converting him to your food 100%. I still have to mix in some of his canned food to get him to eat. It would be great if you could add a natural flavoring to make it more appealing. Otherwise, I've noticed him with more energy and his poops don't smell as bad. Keep up the good work!

I love smalls! Their quality is great, I feel confident in the food I’m giving to my cat. Their customer service is excellent! I texted them once to ask a question, and someone responded within 15 minutes. I love smalls!

My cat really does love the food, now that I’ve figured out her favorites she gets almost annoying when it’s close to meal time because she’s so excited for her yummy food and she scarfs it down. I’ve had a hard time with opening the packaging because I can never get it to peel back but nothing scissors can’t fix! I wish I could give this to my senior cat too but since he has a bladder condition he’s stuck with prescription food(every once in a while I’ll give him a little as a treat and he loves it too)

I have been feeding my 14 year old cat with early stage kidney disease Smalls for almost 10 mos. I transitioned him slowly and rotated servings of all 4 of chicken and turkey products, ultimately discovering that most preferred the smooth bird (chicken) served warm. He has maintained his weight and his bloodwork is stable. His coat is gorgeous and there is no odor to his poops. The quality of the food is terrific and though it is not inexpensive it is only about 20% more than I was paying for top shelf canned cat food of significantly less quality. The customer support and shipping are terrific. Only problems have been some issues with the website and editing recurring orders.muowever, customer service has always responded to handle the issue.

My three cats devour Smalls’ food (which is saying a lot as one is very picky). Any questions I have or changes to my order are quickly addressed by the Smalls team. Very happy with their product and service!

Not a fan of the customer service “Cat Concierge” team & really dislike that the website requires a magic link instead of allowing you to create a user name & password. My first box was missing the Welcome Kit, which I later found out was the reference point for transitioning cats to Smalls. The new “roll” packaging is also quite terrible in comparison with the original packaging. The cat treats were a fail with my cat - he ate one and immediately vomited.
