My kitties love the wet food smalls provides. Also, the giblet niblets are a favorite in my house. I've observed more kitty energy and shiny coats in my girls. I'm happy with the healthful food and an end to finicky palates.

If I could give them 0 star I would! Worse quality food and worse customer service! The food is trash my cats got very sick! The quality of delivery also trash melted food! Customer service is the most unprofessional! Do not feed this poison to your loved pets! This food is not even recommended by any any Vet in usa! All the vets says to stay away from this food because cause so much health issues! Don’t believe in this scam! They do not care about your pet it’s all about the money!

Hey Nazanin, we are so sorry to hear about your Smalls experience! We tried to get some more information so we could look into this some more. Feeding your cat is not something we take lightly, and we like to thoroughly investigate any claims where kitties get sick. If you could please email us at [email protected], we'd love to hear more about this, including the batch numbers from the packets you received and any pictures of the product. Chat soon!

I know Smalls is dedicated to making sure cats are happy with their product. However, my cat doesn't like it and I definitely throw away much more than she eats. I would like to hereby withdraw any future purchases as this is just throwing lots of money in the trash. I have given it sufficient time for her to get used to the food and it is just not working. Thank you kindly, Geri Kupetz

Thank you so much for providing us with this feedback! It's totally normal for some kitties to have favorites, and UNfavorites, but we're happy to hear everything else is working out. 💛

I love working with Smalls. Customer service is excellent. If there are any problems they respond immediately. And, most important; my two cats love the food and their fur, skin, weight, and eyes look and are healthy.

My only complaint is your packaging. It's awful. I have had only ONE package open as you instruct. Every single other one I have had to cut open and end up with quite a mess. Your pull tabs DO NOT WORK, at least for me. If you could come up with a better packaging I would be most grateful. Is it possible to use like milk carton type material instead the plastic? Then maybe have it open fully on one end? Just ideas. Otherwise, my cats seem to like the food and I have little waste left after their meals. That's good!!! As of now, I intend to continue feeding them Smalls. That's also good!!! Thx, Becky Gardner

Thanks so much for this feedback! We definitely agree that recently our packaging has become tough to open. We're actually in the process of testing out some new packaging! We're super excited about the changes, and we know you will be too! 💛

I’d like my cats to be on Smalls exclusively but it’s not happening. They still need the Smalls food mixed with canned food like Ziwi Peak Venison and Tiki Peak Ahi Tuna. Any chance you’re adding other protein options?

At the moment, we don't have any additional recipes in the works, but we are always looking into new products, and we want to be able to cater to all cats as best we can. I'll be sure to pass your interest along to our team, and should anything change, we'll be sure to get in touch. 💛

I loved the experience, however the food was not my cats' taste. It took too long for them to get acclimated and I've decided to not continue with the subscription. I really do appreciate the attention the team gave in the beginning, it truly does make a difference.
