I have an 18 year old and a14 year old cat and this food is perfect for my two picky eaters, but what is MORE important is we can SEE the difference in how the smalls (and the kidney treats) impact their health. Our new vet couldn't believe my 18 year old was 18! Their coats are healthier, they have more energy to play, and their weight has stabalized. It's high cost, for sure, but I love my cats and want to keep them around as long as possible.

So, we could not get my kitten to eat any type of food until we found Smalls! She loves all the different options and actually finishes every serving. Could not be more thankful for finding Smalls! Highly recommend this great company!!

Peace of mind that our cats are eating (and loving) the best. Goodbye smelly canned food, fresh breath is another big benefit of Smalls fresh frozen. Did I mention our cats love it?

My cat does seem to enjoy the food and she definitely seems healthier since I started using this service. The low score is because the site is NOT user friendly at all, you can't pick out what you want. And the customer service is not helpful either. I constantly have to skip shipments to prevent being overstocked and switching plans is almost impossible. And sometimes they send the order even when I requested a skip.

Excellent customer service and a good product! Our aging cat looks much healthier after a couple of months eating Smalls, and now we get to deal with him screaming at us every morning until we feed him, which has never happened before. Ho...oray..? (Hooray!)

At this time we have three muffins enjoying a daily brick of rotating protein. It’s amazing how diligent they are in the mornings- waking up and lining up near the counter to devour the crumbs. I would love to see your kibble in the future as the boys and one gal really like a bit of crunch- we keep it in an automatic feeder and release an ounce or two regularly throughout the evening to hold them over until their next favorite protein crumble is served.

Although this food initially agreed with my cats, some of them began vomiting. I tried to cancel all subsequent orders and I was assured that they had been cancelled. A few days later, I received an automated email message indicating that my next box was on the way! I contacted the company again and was told that I missed the deadline to cancel the next order, which seems contradictory to what they previously told me. I asked that they contact their delivery company and cancel the order, and ALL subsequent orders, and I was told, "Too bad, we can't and you will be charged. This is in accordance with our FAQs." This company is not customer friendly - beware.
