We discovered Smalls when we were looking for healthier alternatives for our two cats. I tried another freeze dried food, and they did like it, but that freeze dried food was soft and eventually much of it became dust in the bag causing a lot of expensive wasted food. When the Smalls freeze dried food came my cats loved it. After several months they still love it. It’s crunchy and holds it’s shape and is completely grain free, which is what I was after in a kibble.

Great food that my cats love! They are so satisfied every time they eat smalls! I love that they offer options for cats who have allergies. One of my kitties has a fish allergy and I just love how they don’t mix meats. I had an issue with tracking my last order and customer service is always very helpful and usually respond the same day. My Kitties and I really appreciate the Smalls team!

Buyer beware. Some of the food they sell is decent. The problem is they Do Not Send you what you order. Numerous times they sent me proteins that I didn’t order and could not serve my cat. All in all “Smalls” is either disorganized or a scam. Buyer beware.

Their food is great quality. One of my cats devours his food! He only likes the chicken. I really like the packing. The insulation dissolves in water!! I don’t really like subscription based services, but i am committed to it now. Also, there is no phone number to talk to someone, only text. Typically their customer service responds quickly.

We have had a mixed experience with Smalls. The quality of the food seems good, which is why we continue to purchase smalls. It has improved our cats digestive health and their fur. A few critiques would be the consistent changing of the recipes of the wet food. With almost every order we receive it seems to change and our cats have to readjust to new food, which seems contrary to what they discuss on their website about transitioning your cat to new food. Another dislike is that the company is not very responsive when I reach out. You cannot call the company, you can only contact them via email or text message and then it does not feel like the person responding is an actual person. They take sometimes days to respond and a handful of times have just not responded at all. Recently they just discontinued their kibble from one day to the next and when I contacted them to complain, because I wasn't even able to stock up on it, they said they would send me some and they never did. Overall I would not recommend this company.

Great food! One of my cats is extremely picky and we used to waste so much food because she didn’t like anything. She loves Smalls, especially the beef, chicken and turkey flavors (she wanted nothing to do with the fish). We don’t waste any food anymore, which is amazing. I love that with Smalls I get her food portioned so I know exactly how much to feed her! Totally recommend this brand.
