The quality of the food is good! When I placed the bowl in front of my kitties, they went directly to the new smalls food first! So far, so good!

My two cats took one sniff of this horrible smelling excuse for food. Their experience was the same with each sample. They wouldn’t take one lick. Even when I mixed it with their favorite food or treats; they wouldn’t go near the Smalls products. According to my cats, whatever was put into their “so called food” it wasn’t fit for cat consumption.

I needed to make some changes and it was simple and easy to do via email. The box shipped on time and was packaged really well. Kitties were also really happy with the experience!

I have 6 cats. One or two will eat Smalls once in a while. So that keeps my freezer backed up with frozen product. What they don't eat I give to the possums and skunks, who, by the way, look very healthy.

Consistency of product. Love love love the easy open packaging! Always comes on time frozen with the dry ice.

My cats love the food and it's so good for them. Their coats are in great shape. One cat is 18 years old and he dashes around like a kitten.

I'm not sure what or if you changed your recipe but my cat won't touch it now & I'm told that there are no returns or refunds. I just wasted over $100 on food my cat won't eat.
