Deliveries are on time, and I'm alerted instantly of their arrival. My cats love the food and are always begging for it. They have much more energy, they are more affectionate and playful, and I'm already noticing some weight reduction after just 2 months!

The only thing I would ask is for more flavor options. Other than that 5/5!

The branding is thoughtful, the portions and packaging are super convenient, the food itself is an absolute hit with our cat. We couldn’t have picked a better option.

Great service and quality cat food. Stellaluna and I are happy.

Cats love the food and they seem to "feel better" especially our almost 12yo Bella....

The options for food are now limited so now we just get the ground other bird. I no longer see the freeze dried gizzards, livers, and hearts either. It is also disappointing to see that new customers get “treats for life” offered but nothing is offered for existing customers.

Delivery was right on time when my cats needed their food. As I stated before their Customer Service is there for you and willing to work with you. The problem I have is that they can call you but you can't call or text them (appointment only). You can only reach them by email which doesn't help when you have an issue that needs solving right away before box is sent. Otherwise my cats like their food and it does help my older cats digestion unlike the other cat food companies I tried. The price is worth paying for my cats health!
