This company offers top notch customer support. They have reached out via email with updates and if I have a question or concern they respond very quickly. I got a call recently to check on my progress transferring my five cats to Smalls. (We're getting there) The food is definitely excellent. Good Product, Good Support - Good company

I have an 18-year-old little girl who weighs 5.2 pounds. She’s always been little. She’s been on this food for a few weeks now and she’s already gained a few ounces. That’s pretty darn exciting.

My cats like it well enough. One gobbles down a couple of the flavors and the other one will eat it eventually with some coaxing. My dog loves it and is always trying to sneak a bite. The price is a little hard to swallow, but I understand that I'm paying for high quality food and that's worth it to me. I was able to skip a shipment easily using the online portal and I had a good experience with customer service when I asked to ship my next order sooner. Overall it works for us!

My senior cat loves Smalls and has been on this food for the past 2 or so months. She has never been too picky but actually seems to really enjoy this food, plus has become more energetic, gained a bit of (healthy) weight, and has shiny and thick fur again. I love the convenient delivery and small packages (easy to store in our freezer). She's never been a bowl-licker so there is some remaining food - and our other cats love to clean up after her!

The food is very high quality. It is shipped/packed very well. I like that you can customize your monthly order to have different amounts of different foods. The customer service is very good. As advertised, it does seem to give my kitties less smelly poops. The only thing I would offer as a constructive criticism is that the communication between customer service and wherever they fulfill orders seems to be hit or miss. I don't want to deduct an entire star, because I'm sure the logistics of shipping frozen cat food is difficult. But there's been some gaps where I didn't have enough food to last between orders.

My kitten vomits and has digestive issues with kibble, and ever since we started our smalls journey I haven’t seen any of that. Makes me happy see my fur baby healthy so thank you!

The food quality is really high. This makes canned food look like McDonald’s. My cats love it, took some adjustment at fist but that’s normal cats are slow to accepting change. They inhale their smalls now. Simon even likes to help me unpack the order. The customer services is prompt and friendly always!
